The apartment is centrally located in the old part of Sæby on the ground floor of this beautiful house right between the harbor and the city. There is a bright kitchen in open connection with the living room, a nice bathroom, a bedroom with the possibility for storage in the large closet wall. With a sofa bed, there is the possibility of up to 4 sleeping places in the apartment. There is also a private parking space attached to the apartment.

Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

Lejligheden har en utrolig dejlig placering med kort afstand til mange nærliggende skovstier og den famøse Palmestrand. Midtbyen med dets væld af butikker, byens bedste caféer og restauranter, samt havn og færgeafgange, ligger blot 5 min gang fra hoveddøren. Lejligheden er på 2. sal.

Likewise, a few meters to the cozy harbor with lovely restaurants. Sæby's cozy center with several weekly music events in the summer is 500 m away. The house is best suited for 2 people. Bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels. You must clean YOURSELF on departure (cleaning items are available) - or pay DKK 500 for this.
