Here you'll find tranquility, relaxation, and plenty of fresh air. The house is located in the countryside with a lovely nature, which invites both walks and quiet moments with a good book. If the family also includes a dog, here's plenty of space for all of you. The house is surrounded by large garden and lawn, as well as terraces on several sides, so there are lovely places both morning, noon and evening. In the forest near the house we have built a shelter. The shelter can be used for a trip with the coffee basket or an overnight stay in the middle of the green nature.

the cottage is located just 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces is a lovely sea view. The house is from 1966 and with a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with bed of 140: 200. Outside there are terraces to the east, south and west with gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath, and a Wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: 4 kr per kWh. The money will be charged upon departure in DKK or euro in cash.

The house is located on a gravel road, surrounded by a little forest, outside the windows there are grazing cows. 200 m to bus connection (Aalborg-Sæby-Frederikshavn), 8 km to the beach (Sæby). Skagen 60 km. Fårup Sommerland 50 km. Voergård Slot 9 km, Voer Å – kanoudlejning 9 km. The house is animal and smoke-free, built in 2014 and decorated bright and delicious with all modern comforts. Enjoy lunch from the sea view terrace and there are terraces on all the four sides of the house - 2 covered. Sæby harbor is within walking distance - only 2 km distance. Similarly, a short distance to both the city center/shops, forest if you are into MTB or walks. There are 2 sup boards with wetsuits, life jackets and all equipment ready.
