Charming little townhouse close to forest and beach. The house is located in Sæby's old cozy neighborhood with only a 5 minute walk to Sæby square. The house is located in a lovely old garden with cozy farm environment and access from the garden to the fishing path that leads directly to the harbor and the most beautiful beach. The house is 50 m2 with two sleeping places in a large loft in single beds (unsuitable for people with walking difficulties) as well as two sleeping places in the living room on the sofa bed. Max. 2 adults and possibly two children BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS.

Our small cozy cottage, is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Cozy cabin that was well furnished both inside and outside. Well-equipped kitchen and great bathroom. The bunk bed had some bad mattresses, even for a child. Good mattresses in the other rooms. Short distance and walk down to the beach.

The cottage has an optímal location, is very well decorated. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and amenities were top. Communication with Per was impeccable. Surroundings is quiet and the distance to the beach ideal. Shopping is 6 km to Saeby. We had a relaxing holiday and can highly recommend it. Jürgen u Regina

Authentic summerhouse dream in Sæby

It was a really nice holiday, as a small family with dog. The house not only has a fantastic location, but is also very clean and equipped with everything you need. In addition, you can park right in front of the house, which offered us a relaxed introduction to the vacation. The surrounding area is very quiet but not secluded. When you sit on the terrace you can see and hear the sea. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Within a few minutes walk along the beach, you can reach the small town. The beach as well as the place, were not crowded at any time despite the high season. The contact with Bruno and Anne was always very friendly and uncomplicated. We highly recommend the place and would definitely come back again! 😊

Clean and comfortable. Kaspar was helpful, communicative and responsive. It was a short walk to a fantastic beach, with white sand, lots of shells, and a shallow sea. Saeby had some pretty streets and we had a great seafood buffet meal there one evening. We visited Skaegen, which was pretty with some interesting shops and a lively bakery cafe. We visited Grenen where two seas meet. This was quite busy but still very pretty. We also visited the Keramikcafé Møllehuset and windmill for fantastic cakes before going on to Rubjerg Knude Fyr, the lighthouse in a gigantic sand dune. We could have done more, but also enjoyed relaxing at Kaspars.

Charlotte's house is incredibly cozy. There is everything we as a family needed to have as a base, to have different experiences in the area. We were 2 adults and two young square dancers who stayed there in connection with a large event. Clear instructions on bed linen, etc. for the different types of beds. The house is highly recommended.

The house was stylish and nice. Good beds. Great bathroom. Great decor in all rooms. Lovely garden with seating areas outside. Nice garage where we could store the bikes and charge. One minute walk to the lake and restaurants. Host Claus was always on the supply side Would love to come again.

Charlotte and Thomas are great hosts, welcomed us very warmly and generously cared for us! We felt very comfortable in the small cozy and clean apartment. Our dog was welcome and could run freely in the small garden and we enjoy the afternoon sun on the terrace. The location was perfect for exploring North Jutland in different directions. Tip: Fish buffet at Jacobs Restaurant 🐟
