Clean, comfortable and what a view! Issue with the bathroom faucet was taken care of immediately. Highly recommended!

The house was the perfect amount of space for our family (a newborn baby) and our in-laws. We never felt cramped. The location to the beach was perfect for a walk on the beach with a coffee each morning. Only thing to note is that the washer and dryer are not in the unit, they are next door and they require an additional fee.

We had a wonderful week in OOB at the Seabreeze 1 unit. Easy walk to the beach with plenty of room to spread out. Unit was clean and we were very comfortable there. Looking forward to returning next year.

We really enjoyed John’s place. Nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed and was clean. Looks just like the pix. Loved the deck overlooking the ocean! We had some trouble with the tv, and he came right over and took care of it. The only drawback was that almost everything around us was closed for the season, but they gave us a map showing restaurants that were still open. Great visit!

This is an adorable place to call home while vacationing. Our family of five loved the short walk to the beach, the low crowds at the beach, the access to the bay and the beautiful sunsets! The stunning kitchen and beautiful amenities in the home were the icing on the cake. We would stay here every year!

A really tidy and comfortable apartment. Felt right at home, would have been a tight fit for a group of 3+. I liked the location away from any busy roads. I visited in the winter and luckily have a 4-wheel drive truck, otherwise getting into the parking lot would have been impossible most days because of snow and the steep slope. Also be mindful of narrow staircase to get to apartment. Overall really enjoyed my stay, but some people could some accessibility issues.

This was a great place to stay - it was clean and spacious. We stayed for a wedding close by and this apartment offered plenty of room for everyone in our party to get ready and sleep without feeling crammed. Plenty of towels and blankets - which is always a plus when multiple people are staying. Beautiful view of the Ogunquit River on one end and the ocean waves on the other. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown for coffee and food. Off site parking available right across the street for the extra cars was easy and inexpensive in the off season. Wonderful place. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!
