The apartment had a Beautiful view and was very clean and private. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

Jennifer was a fantastic host, and the apartment was perfect. Super walkable to condado beach and all the condado restaurants. Very close proximity to pharmacy and grocery stores as well. Short uber to old town and short uber from airport. Great location, great views, just a generally great stay for any trip!

This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

The unit is in a fantastic neighborhood, a block from the beach and near many stores. Check-in with the security guard was easy, though we had brief trouble with the lock. The apartment is very clean, thoughtfully furnished and well-stocked with essentials like soaps, extra towels, toilet paper, and kitchenware. It has two A/C units, a fan/air purifier, a comfy bed and couch, great natural light, blackout curtains, and a balcony with an amazing view. The toilet handle is delicate but works fine. We saw one small roach behind the kitchen faucet toward the end of our stay, which Xavier acknowledged—routine maintenance is in place. Parking, pool access, and trash disposal were convenient. Overall, a great stay!

I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel like a home away from home. I had a fantastic stay at Renato’s property in San Juan! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location just a short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and lots of fun things to do. Renato was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in/check-out and overall communication super easy throughout my stay. Honestly, I have no complaints at all—everything was smooth from start to finish. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan!

I really enjoyed my stay at Eva’s! The condo was within walking distance to amazing restaurants, the beach, and short uber rides to multiple attractions in San Juan. The complex offered a pool, which is hard to find in the area. The building offers 24/7 security, and I felt safe my entire stay. The apartment is an efficiency, however there is plenty of room to store your luggage and hang clothing etc. Eva was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!!

My husband and I stayed at Steven’s unit for 7 nights. It is a unit in a gated condo building. The building is located in a very tourist-friendly area of Carolina, walkable to the beach and to some good restaurants. It’s also central for exploring some major locations (Old San Juan, El Yunque, etc.) The price for our stay was very reasonable considering this building is directly adjacent to some high end hotels that charge $250+ a night. When we arrived on the first day, the power was out for a few hours. Steven was very communicative and sent us relevant updates regarding power restoration. Check-in was simple, and we were able to park our rental car right outside the building (and behind the gate) for free, which was so convenient. The building has a laundry room in the basement that we also used - it was $2.50 per wash/dry. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Carolina!

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

I love the 24 hour security which helped me feel safe goi g in and out of the building. I love the key fob which was so easy to use going in and out of the busking. Took advantage of some pool time and the washer and dryer as well.

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Beach access was super convenient, and the pool area was a great bonus. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and well-located getaway.

I enjoyed staying at Jose’s place. The beach was literally right behind the condo. The front desk man was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of places to eat by the condo, the clubs were less than five minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking !

Robert’s place was beyond our expectations! Everything was nice and clean. Perfect location , walking distance to Condado beach and tons of restaurants near by . The view from the balcony is great! 24/7 security made us feel super safe . We will definitely be returning soon!

Javier was wonderful and very responsive to all of our inquiries. We arrived earlier than expected and Javier let us access the property with no issue. Great host, great secluded private beach. 5 stars all around.

I enjoyed my stay and was accommodated greatly by Melina for any question or concern I had while staying at her condo. Also loved how it was within walking distance of many local restaurants and the supermarket.

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

We had such a great stay here! The pictures don’t do the house justice it’s absolutely gorgeous! We had a large group and all fit comfortably. It was also so close to so many great bars and restaurants - would stay here again !

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.

Frankly, Adam and this home were heaven-sent for our group. Our group had a significant change of plans and Adam went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure everyone had the best possible experience in Puerto Rico. He tirelessly helped me navigate the nuance of communicating with local vendors and put forth significant energy to find the perfect itinerary for our group. After learning that we were a group of freshwater scientists, he connected us with experiences that would hold special significance for us. More than that, he thought of all obstacles we might face and proactively offered solutions. Undeniably, the home we stayed in was lovely beyond imagination with incredible views and amenities to make everyone comfortable, but Adam and his team are what made our stay truly special. It is so lucky to find a place whose caretakers clearly love it so and will do whatever they can to share its magic with others. Highly recommend working with Adam for the perfect vacation!

Casa Laguna was amazing, even more than the pictures. Incredibly clean, amazing bathroom with shampoo conditioner and body wash, and the AC is super cold and feels so good after a hot day on the beach. I cannot recommend this place enough, already recommended it to family and those that asked what Airbnb it was off my social media, will definitely stay here every time we come back.

In town for two days visiting family. Place was quiet, comfortable, quiet, easy to find. Host's communication was great. A bit of ❤️, this place has great potential to become a "guests favorite" in the area. Still, I recommend it! Thanks for hosting us last min Benny!
