Great stay four houses from the beach and walkable to Ocean Park restaurants. Even walked to the art museums easily, and close to Old San Juan and the airport. 45 minutes drive from El Yunque. Lost power and water pressure for a day but that was of no fault of the location. Had two kids that shared a room with no issues. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful week. A perfect location steps from a pristine beach. Maribel was a wonderful host! We look forward to returning again in the future.

The location was perfect. There were a few minor issues, some out of anyone’s control, but they were solved very fast because of the hosts fast communication. I would definitely stay again.

Ernie's place was wonderful & exactly what we were looking for. Its location was far enough away from the main beach of Playa Puerto Nuevo to be quiet and peaceful, while still an easy 3 minute walk to enter the beach. Ernie was working on a project next door when we arrived, but made sure to come over and introduce himself. He also supplied extras that came in handy - beach towels, coolers, beach chairs. The balcony and beautiful views were the perfect way to start and end each day. Overall, great host and place to stay! Quick tip - the remote to turn the living room A/C on and off also turns the TV on and off. Be sure to use the TV remote to save energy and turn the TV off, after turning the A\C on or off.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed. The space is perfect and the distance from nice places is spot on. LOVED that is mega eco-friendly. Will stay next year for sure :)

Easy access and he takes really good care of it. Loved the location and the surrounding area was pretty good, with a grocery store and such close by too. He provides a couple of essentials for your trip and is very responsive over text. would definitely rent from him again.

Souls place looked just like the pictures, the location was walking distance to everything in that area. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there so we didn't get to spend time on the rooftop, but it was very nice up there. But just like most of the reviews, there is 4 flights of stairs, we didn't mind. and 1 bath room is tiny, the sink and toliet need to swap positions lol. but overall the place was excellent.

Everything we were looking for during our stay: Cleanliness, beautiful surroundings, convenience of nearby restaurants, groceries, view and access to the beach. Paul & Carmen were super responsive, kind and offered more information than we asked for. The beach, right out front, is as beautiful as they come! We really enjoyed our coffee each morning at the bar-like sitting area, looking up along the beach.

Casa Saffra is an awesome property at a great and safe location. The Governor’s Mansion is steps away and their police station can be seen from the entrance. The iconic Door to the city is a four minute walk away. Old San Juan is truly a global icon that never disappoints. Parking can be tricky, but finding something near is possible. The space is ample enough for 6 adults. There are plenty of amenities, restaurants, historical places and architectural beauty. I could certainly return again and again!

Can’t recommend this place enough! Walking distance to the water, ground floor, full kitchen, and QUIET. Highly recommend!

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

Margaritas place was perfect! Very clean, great location, comfy beds. The apartment was close to shops, bars, etc. We will be back for sure!!

Perfect stay! We have stayed in many places on the island and this is by far our favorite. The inside is very beautifully decorated, it is very clean and we really liked having a garage for the car. Ariel is a great host and gave us great recommendations for places to visit and food to eat. We would definitely book here again!

Our stay at Inedito was great. The apartment was spotless and the decor was very elegant and comfortable. Humberto was very detailed in the instructions and gave us great recommendations for what's in the town center. We are grateful for the accommodation, we recommend this place!

This place was absolutely magical, my fiancé and I really enjoyed the stay. It reminded us of staying at our families when we were kids. Beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything was perfect and we loved the private Terrance upstairs. Very private and peaceful. Easy to find and Javier gave clear instructions.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

The apartment was clean, in a great location, a block from the beach. Security in lobby, felt safe. Right in the middle of Condado so plenty to do in the area and a short ride away from Old San Juan. Thank you!

Great place! My friends and I didn’t expect such a great place for a great price. We also loved the two pools and hot tubs that were available on the property to use. We ate at the resort as well and were taken by golf carts and everyone was so friendly and helpful. They had so many amenities, we wanted to stay longer to enjoy all of them! Great location too- a short drive to get to ceiba for the ferry terminals to go to culebra or Vieques, and short drive to Luqillo. Only a 1 hr drive to get to San Juan as well. Thank you for the great place, we will definitely be going again!
