The authentic and traditional chalet in Gstaad, romantic and warm astmosphere is guaranteed. In this wild place, with no Wi-fi, no traffic, you'll find the best place to relax. House with solar system, no fridge available.
“We spent a weekend (Friday - Sunday) in the chalet and enjoyed it very much. The chalet is about 10 minutes drive from the center, so you can enjoy absolute peace. The only neighbors are a few cows. The equipment of the chalet can not be faulted. Because it was a bit cooler, we had no problem storing our food cool. In summer this is a bit more difficult as it has no fridge. The chalet is perfect if you want to take a break; just switch off and screw back a gear. We will be back.”
“Stayed in this chalet where Jérôme did his very best to create a very beautiful interior with also some subtle decorations outside. Very close to the very pricy hotels and also super close to the city centre. Jérôme has to be one of the most laidback, easygoing hosts I've ever stayed with. He will answer your every question and will be very discrete, not at all looking to impose himself. Although I was staying there as the only guest in the off-season he still went to the trouble of preparing a varied breakfast. Rooms are very luminous with great views. Only the single room is a bit darker which is logical also because of the smaller size. Can't go wrong if you book here.”

“On the lower slopes of the mountain, above the valley of Gstaad, lies almost at the foot of the Wassengrat this authentic historic farmhouse of the hospitable Family Raaflauch. The view from the room is wonderful, the full view from the kitchen is breathtaking. The valley of Gstaad lies before you with the mountains with ski lifts for the impressive peaks of the Gumfluh behind which the sun sets red in the evening. When you have breakfast with your own cheese and fresh bread, the hospitality of Carmen and Emmanuel, you look forward to it. Saanenland as you hope it is. When we arrived in a snow shower it was mysterious, waking up in the morning in a completely fresh white world under a radiant blue sky, it looked like a commercial. Chamois on the edge of the forest and the cows standing outside in front of the stable steaming in the snow. The house is typical with many historical details and pleasant luxury. The bed is large and the mattress was superb. The decoration of the room has a homely and cozy look. The bathroom is spacious and directly opposite the room. The shower is nice and warm. We were received very warmly, we were late and even cooked for us! The cat is young and playful and no less hospitable or attentive than her owners. We had never seen a cat so happy with the snow. She sat down very pleasantly when my son did his homework, went to collect the luggage, welcomes you. The bus comes close to the house, you can walk to a very nice restaurant (reserve in the evening out of season) and in Turbach itself there is also a small shop that has everything and accepts bank cards. You walk in 45 min to Gstaad which is no punishment because of this landscape. We enjoyed the hospitality, the home feeling that the family gives you, the cozy room, the nice bed, the hot shower, the nice breakfast, the view, the quiet location, the house with its authentic character so close to everything you can go. We could not have wished for better and with difficulty we left for Amsterdam.
