We enjoyed our stay. The weather was perfect for sitting on the back deck around the firepit. The house was within walking distance to the downtown restaurants and activities.

This air bnb is lovely, comfortable, spacious and super clean. We were close to everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

David’s place was fantastic - had a really fun retro vibe. Walkable to practically everything, comfy beds, big kitchen. It was a lovely place and I’d absolutely stay again. Thanks David!

Melissa was very accommodating with our arrival time. It’s obvious Melissa has a passion for hosting and wanting guests to feel welcomed in her home. Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Anything you could have needed was available it seemed. Very nice neighborhood you can feel comfortable taking a walk and a park around the corner.

This was a great place for our family. Spacious for everyone and several things for the kids to do.

Location location location! House was wonderful and so cozy! Had everything we needed and a special treat of Apple muffins homemade for us! We had a great time and will definitely be staying again.

Overall, my group and I loved this stay! The hot tub was amazing and the beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive!

Our stay at Old Wire Road was amazing! The location was close to many restaurants and very convenient to all things UARK. We loved the large front window to enjoy our morning coffee as we watched the joggers and bikers on the bike trail. Even though the weather did not cooperate fully during our stay, it provided the opportunity to relax with the awesome throws on that amazingly comfy sectional! The rain also gave me the opportunity to learn the history of the Old Wire Road itself. It was so fascinating that I reserved the book at our local library to finish reading when we returned home! I also discovered another book during our stay and ordered my own copy! ("Find the Good" by Heather Lende) Hallie truly has a wonderful home! She is a caring host and quick to respond to any issues. She anticipates the many little things to ensure that her guests have an amazing stay! You can't go wrong with this AirBnb!

Great place, exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need to feel like at home but closer to nature. We spent a few days biking and walking around area and was relaxing. Highly recommend the place.

This home felt welcoming from the moment we stepped in! From the ease of the front door key pad (the easiest one I’ve used!) to the serene surroundings, this house was a very welcomed escape! The house is well maintained and has all you need. Our favorite spot was the sunroom, even with the rain we could enjoy nature from that very comfortable space. Jocelyn’s recommendations were great and we took advantage of several including eating at a local Italian restaurant called Bella’s Table, which was very nice!

Our group had a nice time during our stay. It was a great space to come back to relax and hang out with our family and friends. It was central to everything we did all weekend. The beds were comfy and everything we needed was there.

The home was exactly as listed on AirBnB. It was exactly what we wanted. Close to Bike Trails. We have stayed in Bella Vista before and really love the area. The home was very clean and Katy was very responsive and communicated clearly. There was an information binder for the guests and it had a lot of great information. Were a lot of puzzles, games, toys and a books for family and all ages. Check out procedures were simple and didn't take much time at all. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. Everything was better than described, especially the view. Our 4 year old loved the "Forest home" and all the toys that were available. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

We had a wonderful stay despite the bad weather. For being stuck inside it was cozy and relaxing. We are very pleased and thankful for our experience.

Beautiful place! Even better than the pictures and description. Highly recommend as a family getaway spot. The house is beautiful, clean and large. Location on the lake is wonderful. Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms fully equipped. Would highly recommend and will stay again!
