We are in a village in nature 300 meters from the wonderful beach of Costa Rei and the center served by all supermarkets, shops, restaurants, newsstand, bar. You can avoid using the car and reach the beach and the center on foot in 4 minutes. The house has an enchanting sea view from which you can see the sunrise, a terrace with a barbecue, a garden with a shower and privacy for outdoor relaxation, and free parking adjacent.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace that offers wonderful sea views and a barbecue.
