Nelson Hills - Modern Apartment

This is a brand new apartment on the lower level of our own house, you access down stairs in front of you as you come in gate . Private hill location in a quiet street. Separate entry, over night off street car parking in an enclosed yard , it has a kitchen with full sized fridge , dishwasher ,microwave, bench top cook plate , toaster, jug etc, one bedroom- queens size bed, a large lounge . Own bathroom, Private deck & BBQ area Great views, close to down town, beach, airport & main routes.

"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite is situated on the entrance level of the house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. It has one bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

WE HAVE REDUCED OUR PRICE PER NIGHT FOR MOST OF MAY JUNE JULY AND AUGUST We live in a lovely central area of Nelson and have a private separate area downstairs. This area has a queen bed, private bathroom and separate entrance . It is 5 minutes walk to supermarkets, takeaways . Recently renovated everything is crisp and new with a smart tv and air conditioning . There is outdoor seating and off road parking . We live upstairs and are happy to help you enjoy your time here in Nelson.

Central Nelson: Sunny Private Studio with a view

The best of both worlds! A quiet 1/2 acre sanctuary with extensive views out to sea but only a short distance to town. Completely separate lockable access to a generously sized, sunny studio apartment, with undercover parking next to your entrance. A mountain bike park on the back doorstep or a scenic walk into town. The walk back up is steep and requires moderate fitness. Otherwise sit back and drink in the view or wander in the garden. Breakfast of home made muesli/yoghurt and toast.

A large self-contained apartment on the lower level of our family home, it has off street parking and its own private entrance. The apartment includes a bedroom (king bed), bathroom, open plan dining, kitchenette and lounge. The property overlooks Tasman Bay with views to the Mountains and Sea. Six minutes’ drive to CBD, 15 minutes to the airport. We are walking distance to the waterfront cafes and restaurants and to Tahuna beach.
