Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water fifty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafe, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Beaconview

We have a completely separate unit below for our guests with its own entrance . Our flexible bedding arrangements means we can accommodate a number of combinations. The super king in the bedroom can be used or two single beds if preferred. The fold away made up queen bed in the main area allows more space during the day. We are open to meeting the bed requirements you may wish, example you may want four separate beds. What a wonderful view you will have when you wake up.

Relax in this tranquil getaway. The cabin is a cosy hideaway with armchairs, dining, fridge and microwave. Up the ladder is a mezzanine for sleeping. The second cabin contains the shower and toilet. It spills out onto a landscaped garden with a tree-lined patio looking over Fifeshire Rock and ranges. It's one of the most beautiful spots in Nelson. Steep climb from the road, up steps and boardwalks. We suggest a pack, not a suitcase.
