Fresh Market, Kroger, Starbucks, Chipotle, Panera, retail stores walking distance as well. This is perfect location to explore neighborhoods such as Mt. Lookout, Obryonville, Clifton, Over the Rhine & downtown. There is street parking on tree lined Hyde Park Avenue &the metro bus service is nearby. Hi speed fiber optic internet for wi-fi.

Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
