Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

Such a lovely homestay. Minh Minh has put so much thought and effort into the homestay. It is a lovely space and is beautifully decorated. Plus the location is fantastic. Minh Minh was always very responsive on the phone for any queries. Thank you much Minh Minh! Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

Clean room, friendly and helpful host

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Had an amazing stay here. A little bit away from the chaos of central old quarter but beautiful spot by the lake, cozy, quiet, and easy to access. Host was clearly still renovating the building, but was not a problem and host was very responsive. We actually stayed in two different rooms here since we needed to extend a day in Hanoi and wanted to stay close. Would definitely recommend this room as it is much more spacious and has newer amenities. Overall, good value and would come back on our next trip!

It was a dawn plane, so I booked the accommodation until the next day. And on the day of the trip, I forgot the memory, and asked if I could check out late. They said it was not possible because they were already booked. I requested to check out at 12 o'clock in time on the same day and the host tried to help me check out. But I already paid for one night the next day If the host paid a little attention, I was able to check out satisfied with the late checkout. We hope to check the host's schedule for the next person. I won't complain separately.

This apartment is outstanding, and the host is what Air BNB is all about. It was perfect. Very clean, great location, safe, family oriented, lots a walking areas, two pools, excellent gym. Its about one hour from the airport, but its totally worth it. If you want a peaceful apartment to go home to after walking the night markets, this is it. At night the whole place and buildings are lit up with LED lights, its spectacular. They turn off at 2100hrs. The host, once again is the best i have ever dealt with. Very accommodating, prompt and pleasant to deal with. highly recommend.

Lovely place, well equipped and spacious. Linh has been an amazing and super host. Very friendly and responsive and generous with recommendations. It was quiet and noise free, the building is surrounded by lots of shops and places to eat. As an added bonus and because we stayed for over a month, Linh arranged for a cleaner to come twice a week, which was very helpful. The cleaner did a great job and was super friendly. Thanks a lot for making our stay very pleasant.

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

This was my 2nd time staying at Ms. Thu's place. She and her staff were incredibly great. Definitely will stay again next time.

Very nice tidy clean place with amenities. Especially the hostess is very friendly

A very nice stay, we stayed during lunar new year so the amenities were really useful especially the washing machine. Although we arrived at 5am, it was easy to check in, Nga is also a very responsive host.

Amazing host, helped us with early check-in. Close to center. Reasonable price. The facilities are very modern, and everything was so clean.
