Great location and a very comfortable place to stay, highly recommend! Host was clear and responsive.

The hosts were brilliant at communicating and offered plenty of great recommendations of local food places. We had a bit of an issue and Vu and Dan responded straightaway by and sorted it out very quickly. This is a town house, the lay out is lounge/kitchen downstairs. One bedroom on the first floor. The second bedroom is on second floor and third on third. The third bedroom is only accessible via the second bedroom, you have to walk through the second bedroom to reach it. It was fine for us but maybe not for everyone, i.e if you go to bed at different times. Also not so good if you have mobility issues. Thank you Dan and Vu for your hospitality.

The hosts were very communicative, really friendly and greatly helpful. The place is big and spacious. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is clean and functions well. The location is a little noisy at night but that’s due to the area. I felt safe at all times. This location is really in the centre of everything. The top largest bedroom has a very very steep and narrow staircase. But the middle floor is easy to access with stairs.

We had a Great time! The apartment is clean and quite large with high ceilings. There are many shops and restaurants nearby

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

Minh Minh and Huy made us feel at home and like family from the moment we arrived. They both went out of their way to continually help us and guide us to amazing places to eat which weren’t tourist traps. They helped us when we needed our phone repaired and finding items we were needing to purchase. The location of this sweet home stay is ideal. It’s just a short walk to train street, old quarter and French quarter. Great cafes and restaurants are abundant and only a stones throw away. We found the area extremely safe to venture around day and night. This apartment was perfect for me and my 2 daughters. We will definitely stay with them on any future stays in Hanoi and connect our families and friend with these lovely hosts.

The management team are friendly, even the house have 5 floors but still somwhat feels small due to the space was built vertically as how typical Vietnamese building is. It is a beautiful place for those who like to experience local way of life. The roof top bath is a great idea, and I did enjoy it while I'm here. However, if the bathtub can have some polish would be nice, it was not dirty by any means, just dusty from sitting outdoors. The location is great if you want to explore old town Hanoi. Overall worth the stay.

This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

We enjoyed our stay here! It had everything we needed and really started to feel like home. The kitchen was nice, tv to watch, and a huge bed and room space. The only down side is that the hot water didn’t last very long. Other than that it was amazing!!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at in a long time. The hosts were responsive, the bed was so comfy, the space was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. It was a comfortable stay in Ms Ngoc Anh's place. She is friendly and kindly guide me to check in. Everything was smooth. Highly recommend and will come back!

Nice apartment in a great location. Close to lots of great restaurants and cafes. Very walkable to train street and Old Quarter. Apartment was clean and as pictured in the photos. Loved that there was a refrigerator and washing machine in the unit. The apartment is perfect for solo travelers. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the view, the sauna, and the apartment. The air conditioning system worked wonderfully, and the gym was nice as well. I was missing some instructions on how to turn on the warm water, where to get the card, and more towels, as I was going to the sauna every day. By the way, the sauna’s Bluetooth device might be collecting more information from your phone than is allowed. Without connecting to anything other than the sauna, I got some red flags. Everything else was amazing! Thank you!

This apartment is outstanding, and the host is what Air BNB is all about. It was perfect. Very clean, great location, safe, family oriented, lots a walking areas, two pools, excellent gym. Its about one hour from the airport, but its totally worth it. If you want a peaceful apartment to go home to after walking the night markets, this is it. At night the whole place and buildings are lit up with LED lights, its spectacular. They turn off at 2100hrs. The host, once again is the best i have ever dealt with. Very accommodating, prompt and pleasant to deal with. highly recommend.

The host is quite responsive and was able to provide tour and travel recommendations. The place felt secure and easy to find. It is just 5-7 minutes away to the city lake and easy to get to different places in the Old City.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation. She was kind and provided towels and was affectionate. I needed a washing machine and dryer as I was on a long-term backpacking trip, and it was nice to be able to use them.

Vesper’s place is right in the heart of the Old quarters. For first time visitors to Hanoi, this place offers the best launch pad to explore the surroundings. Location : There are tons of shopping , food and sight seeing options. Everything is walkable. The best part is you can just walk around , shop and then go to the room to take a short break before setting off out again in the evening. It doesnt get better than this. Room : The beds are comfortable and the living space is cosy enough for 4 adults to sit and chill. Most important for me was that the AC worked really well & the bathroom water pressure was just right to relax a nice shower after a long day Host : Vesper is kind, friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility around our check in times and accommodating a friend last moment. She was quick to respond and help us with directions and other helpful tips. Verdict : 12/10 will recommend to stay here for your Hanoi sojourn

Yet another lovely stay at Thanh s apartment. It fulfils everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Location is close enough to walk to most of the popular spots but also in a quiet location at night . Hotel standard with lovely helpful reception staff without the costly price tag. Look no further you wont be disappointed
