Guest wing with separate entry and private backyard. Free parking. Walk to 3 1/2 mile off-leash beach featuring the Boathouse Restaurant. Off-leash 70 acre nature preserve, one block away. Hypoallergic king size bed in separate room with ensuite bathroom. Futon sofa in living space sleeps one. Partial kitchen; no oven. Coffee machine. Outdoor grill, table and 4 chairs. Beach bag with towels and umbrella. Dogs welcome for no extra fee; no cats. Weekly cleaning/linens on Wednesday.

Next to a natural butterfly preserve. A short walk through the eucalyptus trees brings you to the bluffs overlooking Ellwood Beach and the Pacific Ocean! Feels like a private beach as used almost exclusively by this neighborhood. Doors open to a yard full of plants, birds and the sound of the waterfall in the pond with a newly built Bocci court and outdoor fire-pit terrace. Near by: Beach, mountains, UCSB, 15 min from downtown SB and 1 mile from shopping, groceries, brewery and restaurants.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

Recently remodeled studio. Studio has private entrance and one private parking space. King size bed makes a great place to relax, only 5 minute drive to UCSB, Cottage Hospital and Goleta pier/beach. We have the fastest WIFI internet available in the area so working from the studio is not a problem. Studio shares a wall with the main house but we are a quiet family so noise should not be an issue. New appliances and smart TV. Water softener and filter system throughout.

Relax in our remodeled home in a quiet, mature neighborhood nestled in farmland between the Santa Ynez Mountains and the Gaviota coast. Enjoy our landscaped garden with pool, hot tub, pergola, BBQ, and firepit. 15 minutes from downtown Santa Barbara, 10 from UCSB, and 5 from the nearest beach (there are several to choose from within 20 minutes). The Sandpiper golf course and Bacara resort are minutes away. Off-street parking at the end of a cul-de-sac.

We are a ten minute walk from Devereux beach, UCSB and its lagoon, and only an 8 minute drive from both the Santa Barbara airport and Goleta Amtrak station.

Very clean 1BR (10x10’), 1 small BA, small LR(10x14’) and private patio! 1/2 mi from the bluffs! All essentials: microwave,smartTV, WiFi, minifridge, coffee,snacks. Very comfy beds, even sofabed, safe quiet neighborhood. One cal king bed in br+ sofabed in LR. Peaceful serene patio. Perfect for 2, ok for 3. BA is compact, with shower, toilette, sink sharing same tiled floor, but still well stocked with amenities.
