Contemporary Living in the Central City

BobRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the best weekend in the city celebrating a birthday and just loved Sue and Jeff’s fabulous apartment. We arrived to a birthday card and a bottle of bubbly, such a thoughtful touch and we loved all the other little extras that were provided. It was the most perfect location and we loved coming back to our warm, cosy and very relaxing abode at the end of the day. We will definitely return. Thanks Sue and Jeff.

This place is a gem! It had everything I needed for my 5 night stay. And so many things are within easy walking distance (cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, parks, museums). If I ever return to Christchurch, I’d love to book it again.

City Top Floor Studio Apartment with lift access

AlessandraRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We LOVED this AirBnB!! We were so comfortable and cozy there. It was very clean, very organized, all the amenities we needed and ones that we didn’t realize we valued. The bathroom floor is heated, there is a heated rack for bath towels, and even heated bed blankets!!! Nespresso machine and pods, milk for coffee, tea. Michael has impeccable communication. We didn’t want to leave and would 100% stay here again.

Private in top 1%. Close to Airport & University

MoniqueRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We loved our stay. The space was even better than I was expecting and it was very cosy and warm which is great because the weather was very cold! It was a great home away from home and exceeded expectations. Great attention to detail and finishing touches. Gail was also very responsive and allowed us to check in early which really helped a lot as we were travelling for a funeral and we're only in CHCH for 24 hours with early flights. 10/10 recommend

We had a lovely stay here, enjoying the stars at night and feeding the animals in the day. Grace and Yuan were very nice to turn on the heater 2 hours before we reach so that the house would be warm by the time we arrive! Really appreciate this kind gesture in winter 😊

KaveeshaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The property is a well-secured, private studio in a very convenient location close to the airport. It’s equipped with all the essentials, and everything is clean, neat, and tidy. The large open window facing the garden is a standout feature beautiful natural light and a peaceful view, especially in the mornings. A special mention to Sarah for leaving the heater on before check-in, arriving at midnight in winter to a warm and cosy studio was truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place to professionals traveling for work or families on holiday. As always, Sarah and Paul were incredibly helpful and welcoming. thank you! Looking forward to the future stays.
