Das Appartement befindet sich im letzten Stock (mit Aufzug) und ist erst kürzlich komplett neu renoviert worden. Es liegt zentral und ruhig und nur eine Gehminute (ca. 150 m) vom Waltherplatz (Stadtkern Bozens) entfernt. Die Aussicht über die Dächer und zum Bozner Dom ist einzigartig. Vom Bett aus kann man den Himmel und die Berge, am Abend auch den Sternenhimmel, sehen.

It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
