Also will learn how to make Spaghetti! We will be in San Frediano, the school can be reached from any point of the historic center even by walking. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. We will show you how to cook sauces to season your pasta. During the experience we will offer you the wine that I produce in my organic farm, make with natural method. Wine will be served at mealtime. If you want to drink during the lesson you can buy some bottles at our shop before the class. After preparing the pasta, we will set a table and eat it together the pasta that you have prepared, like an italian family. To finish, we will also taste a delicious chocolate dessert. All of you will received the recipes with our secrets. Generally the course lasts 3 hours with about 12 people per group, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique experience

The workshops consist of an hour and a half of work and fun divided into two parts. The first involves the use of a transparent glass plate where guests will create a figure with pieces of Murano glass, called graniglia, which will then be cooked in the oven. The glass will melt and the created figure will remain with the guest. The second part consists of a demonstration phase by the Maestro and subsequently a practical test of Murano glass processing by the guests. Guests will work the glass with the flame and experience the pleasant sensation of ancient lampwork. The workshops are also ideal for families with children over 12, who will love the magic of glass. Other things to keep in mind The works completed in the first part of the workshop will be cooked in the oven for approximately 3 hours, while the objects made with the flame will be ready after 2 hours of cooling. Everything will be delivered the same day after 2/3 hours or the following day in agreement with the customers. Workshop duration: 1.5 hours.

We will pick you up with our van from Firenze city center to take you to our ranch (approx. 30 min drive). Upon arrival one of our experienced guide will greet you and will start giving you some tips about riding our horses. No worries if you're a total beginner, we will take a few time making sure you get the basis before you meet your horse. Our horses are very friendly and calm and you'll have a few time for practicing before you go outside. When you're all ready to go your horseback riding tour in the countryside will start. The ride outside will least for about 1 hour in which you'll be surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, tipical Tuscan country houses and colored fields. During the ride there will be 2 experienced guides ready to assist you and reply to your questions. We will finish the horse tour back to our Ranch. After taking a few pics, we will help you getting off the horse and then we will drive you to the Villa (by van - only 3 min drive) where you will continue with the second part of the experience. The Villa's staff will greet you and your tour will continue with a visit to the little museum of the villa and its wine cellars. The tour ends with a tasting of four Torre Cona wines and a plate of selected cheeses. After the wine tasting, we will drive you directly to Firenze (same place of the meeting point).

At the arrival I will offer you cofee break, and I will give you a lab coat for the access to the production area. I’ll bring you along a complete tour to discover all the steps of Parmigiano Reggiano’s production. We’ll see where the animals are bred and where the milk is mould. We’ll go into the cheese factory during milk processing and we'll witness in cooking and making cheese wheels. We’ll see then the process of salting and maturing up to enter the huge “caveau”, where thousands of cheeses wheels are guarded and laid out in long rows in the silent maturation rooms and where the scent of cheese will smell so nice and exciting that we won’t be able to resist till the final tasting of cheese and local typical products. Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. Are you ready for a unique experience? You will learn how to row a traditional Venetian boat through the canals of the city! We will meet at our boat laboratory, located in the Cannaregio area. We will show you our squero (our gondole laboratory), where we restore and handcraft gondole. We will also introduce you to the world of Venetian boats, explaining their characteristics and peculiarities. After this brief introduction, we will teach you how to row with ancient techniques and show you how to use the oars and other tools in order to have a safe and accurate rowing experience :) This experience is suitable for everyone and at any age.

We will take off from Mount Niederbauen for a Panorama flight (10-20 minutes) in Emmetten. If it's possible we will try to flight over the peak of Niederbauen. From there you have an amazing view over the lake Lucerne and to Gotthard, the main reach of the Alps. We can choose other take offs like Engelberg or Biehlen. It always depends on the wind for this day. There are a lot of different landing and takeoff places around. This is the reason cause Swiss is one of the best countries for paragliding and "hike and fly" tours. We can take off and land almost everywhere if the landowner allows it. The basic requirement for the start is that the passenger is able to walk a few steps because we have to accelerate for the start in order to take off. The landing is relatively easy, as the pilot and passenger straighten up and take a step before touching the ground. After landing there is the possibility to have a look and purchase photos and videos (cost 30 franks extra) made during the flight by the pilot. Other things to note: Costs for cablecar, parking, transfer are NOT INCLUDED to the price. Paragliding is not an extreme sport in Swiss by the opinion of the insurance. The possibility to get hurt is much lower than with skiing or driving a motorbike. There are more than 14000 active pilots in Switzerland.

Walking with goats a special walk through the Allgäu Come with us on a special walk into the unique landscape of the pre-Alps. Together we set off, accompanied by the clowns among the ruminants: the GOATS. Depending on the weather, season and time of day, but above all depending on the abundance of the goat's stomach - sometimes faster, sometimes slower, accompanied and accompanying - we walk on field and forest paths near Altusried. Slowly we will start sailing towards Comacina Island, passing the villages of Colonno and Sala Comacina, we will stop at the Isola canal, in front of the Ossuccio Village. During the Boat Party with music and open bar we will offer you excellent Prosecco, we will also have soft drinks and water. Horseback riding on the hills of Lake Garda is an hour-long horseback riding. A pleasant horseback ride through the hills of Lake Garda, along hilly paths that alternate between woods and vineyards. For those who are not so experienced, or are beginners, no problem, our horse riding are suitable for all. The guide will help you ride and get familiar with the horse. For those who are enjoying a very first experience with horse riding, we introduce the tour with a previous half-an-hour saddle up lesson (plus 12,00 €), that has to be reserved in advance; then you will be able to enjoy the horseback. During the horseback tour you can admire the surrounding landscapes, enjoying the tranquility of this unique experience with our horse friends. We will meet you at the harbor in Riomaggiore, and then embark on our magical sunset tour. During the tour, we will slowly cruise up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea, which is hands down, the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso, we will turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. With the sun setting behind us, you will have the perfect view to capture magnificent photos. During the tour, you can sip on bubbles and enjoy homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy.
