Hi, I'm Giulio. I manage a biologic farm and a cooking school in Florence with my childhood friend Lapo. I have a degree in oenology and am a musician. Lapo is an agronomist and a recognized cheese taster. We can't wait to welcome you.

Consider that in Italy it is a Mediterranean weather, with really hot summers and chilly winters., Mosquito Spray: during summer we suggest bringing a spray for mosquitoes., Sunscreen: it is important to have sunscreen during hotter days, especially because we are in the countryside and there is a higher exposure to the sun.
