Monthly Rentals in 's-Graveland

We stayed in the home for 2 weeks and just checked out yesterday. We definitely recommend this Hilversum home. The home is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, private and very comfortable. Hilversum, Netherlands is a nice quaint town with plenty of diverse restaurants, shopping stores and very insteresting walks. Plus, Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away via train from the Hilversum train station and France is only 4hrs away via train as well. If I were to move to Netherlands, Hilversum is where I would live. If you have small children and/or pets you will need a gate to block the stairs to the bedroom downstairs. The steps are very steep and a potential fall hazard.

One of the best places we've tried! Clean, identical to the photos and very functional, it was just perfect! The host is very welcoming and very concerned about the well-being of his guests, it is very appreciated. In addition, the ease of access to public transportation to Amsterdam is also an asset. I recommend +++! 😊

We could not have had a better stay. Nienke was a perfect host, the house is lovely/spacious/well appointed/peaceful. The house is located on a street with a few cute restaurants, a walking trail, nearby shopping area and convenient access to Amsterdam and other cities. As a family traveling with 3 young children, this is the absolute perfect home - it is equipped with several types of baby and child beds, baths, toys, high chair etc. Our kids had so much fun. There are some great amenities for adults too - a beautiful soaking tub, wine and beer, skylights to see the stars at night. A huge thank you to our friendly and welcoming hosts who were always providing great tips and recommendations. We really enjoyed our time here.

The stay in this house was very nice! It's a really quiet and private place. You can sit outside, there are bicycles at your disposal and inside it is cozy. We could walk beautifully nearby. The house was clean, the communication was good and fast and the bed is really nice!! It is also mouse quiet at night. Recommended!
