Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rutland

I stayed with my wife, daughter and son, we had a wonderful time, we walked everywhere locally. Collyweston is a great location, it is near to Rutland Water, Stamford, Burleigh Hall and a number of beautiful villages and attractions. The cottage is peaceful and quiet directly opposite the lovely local church. We couldn't have asked for a better location or a lovelier cottage. We will definitely return as we have much more to see.

We had 3 wonderful days in this great house. For us, the location was ideal as we were visiting family in Uppingham. It is superbly equipped and very comfortable. Parking right outside the front door is a big plus. Super nice typical English area. We have a small suggestion for improvement: we were here with two toddlers. It would have been great if there had been a high chair for the little ones. We'd love to come back and have already recommended this Airbnb to the whole family.

I lovely place to stay, which we used as out base when walking the Rutland Round. Loved having Netflix and watched a couple of films/series in the evenings. Local supermarkets and services very convenient.

Christopher’s House is in a lovely area on the outskirts of Oakham, just a 15-20 minute walk to bars and restaurants. Check-in was easy following the messages Chris sent to us and all the neighbours were friendly and helpful. A very Quirky home in a peaceful setting, the house was very clean and smelt lovely. We had a lovely evening with everything we needed. Totally recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had such a fantastic stay at Nicki's! There was plenty of space for our group of 3 couples and 3 babies/infants, and we all felt right at home from the off. The house itself is full of amenities and the area is lovely, with some gorgeous walks around the lake, a great pub 5 mins walk away, and some great restaurants just a 10 minute drive from the house. All in all we had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you!

Immaculate property, extremely clean and fresh throughout. Quality sofas, bed, brand new carpets throughout high end furnishing, towels etc. personally for us would have preferred the key left in lock box, felt strange knowing owner on site, meant we didn’t feel as relaxed. The rule of not eating at all in lounge a huge problem for us, as never experienced this. A dining table in lounge would have been a great idea. I felt this made us naughty even to eat a snack was wrong in the lounge. Didn’t feel like a home comfort, made us feel on edge. Pillows soft feather, extreme high quality but sadly gave us both neck ache. Bedding & towels smelt divine! Breakfast included on listing was a little vague so didn’t know what it entailed fully. We received 2x pastry on arrival, small 1/2 loaf sourdough, cereal, butter & jam portions, tea, coffee and milk. I wasn’t sure if more pastries would be arrive each morning as we stayed 3 nights, but didn’t. Enjoyed stay overall. Thanks. Beautiful home!

We were attending a wedding at Rutland water and reception at the Barnsdale. This place is only 7 mins away and was perfect for our daily stay of 3 Adults. Julie made us feel welcome and had also provided so sampler products in the kitchen for us. Which was lovely. The check in is 3pm but after explaining we had to be at the wedding by 12:30 Julie arranged that we could check in at 11 am so we could freshen up and get changed after the drive up. Thank you so much x

The apartment and its location were excellent, but the standout feature was the terrace. It was a beautiful sunny weekend so we were able to make the most of it. We would definitely like to go back!

Great stay at the Birds Nest! Sarah was a responsive friendly host as were the family on site. You can tell they take pride in their land/home. BnB was spacious with lovely views and clean all around, was the perfect peaceful weekend getaway, would definitely stay again :)

This was our first Air B&B experience. If Hugh and his Emma are anything to go by as hosts we will always choose this option over any hotel. They helped us out of the way to make us feel at home. We were in-between selling a house thus required a month long place to reside. With the amount of baggage and luggage we could not have stayed anywhere else. The family let us use their shed space and took the burden off us. The entire property is just "wow". Endless green fields with local habitat, horses in barns, pet chickens and beautifully landscaped gardens around the whole palace like estate. A month is a lot of time but the family was very proactive to any queries or requirements. The dwelling itself has a lot of character, Endless paintings and views to die for. Not to mention the collection of multitude of books. The host had provided detailed information pack about anything and everything. We wish them prosperity and happiness in all future endeavours. Hugh do take a break!

We had a wonderful week at Hen House. It was a lovely, comfortable place and had everything we needed. The house and surrounding area are beautiful and so peaceful. Couldn’t wish for more. And our hosts were friendly and welcoming.

Sally's condominium in Winwick was so lovely! Looked just like the photos. Sally was super helpful and responsive during our stay. The condo was super clean and super cozy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will hope to stay there again when we stop by Crick again!

Excellent place to stay and relax, the photos are true and are enhanced by the stay . Martin is a great host, we look forward for an opportunity to stay again.

Easy to find and gain entry. The room was clean, tidy and perfect for a short stay with just about everything you needed including cooking oil, herbs, salt and pepper. There was a Morrisons nearby within walking distance. There's a nature reserve within a couple of minutes walk and red kites fly low over the rooftops. The room was convenient for a visit to an old workmate in Market Harborough and a day out at Rutland Water. Didn't venture into Corby itself so can't comment but there's a bus stop very close by. Would book again if ever in the area.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Great hosts and such an amazing place, thank you again for hosting us!

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

We had an amazing evening here and the hot tub was an added bonus. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, homely and stylish. The local pub was only a 10min walk and the food there was delicious. Would definitely come back again! Can highly recommend.
