Had a great stay here. Very lovely cottage, well stocked kitchen. The area was very peaceful at night, and the local area was very nice. Parking was also easy and available every night, definitely stay again.

Sarah's cottage was very very large and had everything we needed. It was very clean, easy to park, cozy and welcoming. the kitchen was huge! Sarah left very helpful instructions and tips on the neighborhood, as well as some very kind staple food items. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay , very comfortable and the place has everything you need and more . Nice little welcome pack also plenty of tea coffee and selection of herbal teas too 😊 it was all lovely thank you . Would definitely stay here again , really handy for visiting family / having sleep over

Had a lovely stay at the maltings. It’s a great location at the heart of Stamford. The property was lovely, clean and well equipped. Bobby and Luisa were really helpful and made some great recommendations for things to do. Would definitely recommend

Julie was very friendly and helpful, patiently answering our questions. The kitchen was stocked with essentials which made such a difference when we first arrived. As we had seen in the photos the flat had everything that we needed.

Create apartment, write in this enter of Stamford. Easy walking to the town and surrounding areas. Plenty of space and the very well equipped kitchen. The hosts were very welcoming and always on hand for any questions or queries. Would highly recommend.

Tucked away in the embrace of the countryside, this Birds’ Nest is nothing short of a dream. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the soothing sounds of birdsong, the rhythmic tap of a woodpecker, and the view across the fields where lambs played . Mark, ever dedicated to his home, was mowing the extensive lawn, before walking the dogs across the fields. Meanwhile, Sarah welcomed us and guided us through the mudroom to the Bird’s Nest, which exudes both tranquility and spaciousness--but it was the view that most caught our eye. This place brims with authenticity, outdoorness, and space. If you’re lucky, you might see a fox or a hang glider. Our visit here was not simply a stay, but an experience: one of peace, comfort, and timelessness.

This was our first Air B&B experience. If Hugh and his Emma are anything to go by as hosts we will always choose this option over any hotel. They helped us out of the way to make us feel at home. We were in-between selling a house thus required a month long place to reside. With the amount of baggage and luggage we could not have stayed anywhere else. The family let us use their shed space and took the burden off us. The entire property is just "wow". Endless green fields with local habitat, horses in barns, pet chickens and beautifully landscaped gardens around the whole palace like estate. A month is a lot of time but the family was very proactive to any queries or requirements. The dwelling itself has a lot of character, Endless paintings and views to die for. Not to mention the collection of multitude of books. The host had provided detailed information pack about anything and everything. We wish them prosperity and happiness in all future endeavours. Hugh do take a break!

Sally and Clive's place was a great find. Very peaceful, open countryside and a lovely scenic walk into Crick. There are some great pubs in the area. Highly recommended if you want a break from the rat race.

Place was ideal and fit for purpose. Having an enclosed driveway to park my car in was a useful add on feature.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

Sue was a great host! She provided staples such as bread, milk and eggs aswell as a few treats. The place was very peaceful, clean and homely. We were able to have a prefect relaxing weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax and listen to the birds 🙂

Lovely place - Kate was quick to respond to any queries and a lovely host. Lovely bathroom and shower (always high on our list) and the living room was great for me to work and my children to get on with some of their projects/ homework. Lovely walks/runs from the front door and very close to Rutland water and everything it offers. Excellent value.
