Great place to stay, great host. 10/10 would recommend.

The property was immaculately maintained and presented. Amazing amount of little touches (after a really long drive) were hugely appreciated. I had another wonderful stay with lovely Karen. She really is the best host, and I always feel right at home as soon as I step through the door. Her house is so clean, comfortable and full of quirky art. The bedroom is at the back of the house so is very peaceful and the bathroom is such a high standard, it's great to have your own lounge to relax in, so much better than staying in a hotel. Karen is such a friendly and interesting person, so much fun to chat to, I love staying with her, highly recommend to anyone staying in Grantham.

We have stayed a few times and would stay again. Home from home, beautiful house and Fiona is very friendly and helpful.

Deborah was really friendly and welcoming. Her house is immaculate with all the mod cons available. I highly recommend a stay here.

Eamon and Joy were great hots, always responsive and always willing to help, patient with Airbnb payment issues and very amenable to direct discussions to resolve any matters. Would highly recommend.

Throughout our stay the communication with Susan was first class. Immediately after booking we received detailed instructions to reach, and access, the property and also of what to expect once we got there. The Loft is situated in a quiet country setting. The Loft was superb, it was spotlessly clean throughout and everything looked new. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, a really nice touch was the Espresso coffmachine. We were able to make te andcoffee on our arrival and provided with breakfast for the next morning. The living and dining areas lwere very comfortable with modern decor. We used the free wifi and Netfix provided. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were really comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. Each bedroom had its own ensuite and a wonderful shower. I loved the gadgets in the house especially the touch pads on the walls which operated the temperature, lights and external door. This is easily of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at.

Beautiful cottage, clean, warm and well equipped. Lovely location and surroundings. Better than described and pictured, we were very happy with our choice Great check in and out times. Would certainly return

Good location for us visiting relatives in the area. Comfortable, light and airy, well appointed accommodation which was just the job for our stay. We enjoyed the dark, starry skies and the hooting owl. Would definitely book again.

I loved my two nights at this charming place. it's right in the centre of the beautiful village and one minute from the Nevill Arms - a fabulous village pub/restaurant/hotel. I was there to walk the St Morrell's Round pilgrimage from Hallaton and this was the perfect base. Frances is a lovely host - highly recommended.

Staying with Ian was effortless, very responsive to messages, central location to the surrounding areas, right next to a pub, and cooks a great breakfast!

This was our second stay at Jay's place and once again our experience was excellent. We had to leave early in the morning and we still received a wonderful breakfast and great hospitality. We highly recommend Carlton Corner B&B - great quality accommodation and a warm welcome.

Liza and Mark were excellent host. We had great experience staying here! The communication with Liza was brilliant and very responsive. I appreciated the attention to detail and how easy they made everything. Highly recommend this place.

We have stayed before as it is only 10 mins away from family. Great breakfast too. Beautiful countryside. You can see for miles in all directions. It is a working farm so take wax ear plugs if you're a light sleeper like me. Will defo go again.

I think I've said it before but its a home away from home. Maggie and Robert are very caring and kind.
