Matthias was a great host! The place was clean and easy to find. It was close by car to everything we needed. If you have a car, parking can be difficult at times, but the location was so quiet and peaceful it made up for the small walk. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again next time we visit Munich.

We stayed at this property with 6 adults and three children. The apartment was as described, very clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was great. We received helpful information about the surrounding area in advance. Our questions were always answered directly and the hosts were very helpful. On request, we were provided with cots and high chairs and we were even able to rent sleds on request. We had an amazing stay and would love to come back at any time.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

Christian’s apartment was a perfect landing spot in Seefeld. Very quick and easy walk to the train and restaurants. Hope to come back for a winter visit!

As a family of 4, we had a really good time in Christina's apartment. Communication before 1a. We were unsure about sleeping arrangements for our two small children and Christina was able to help us out so we didn't have to bring anything with us in this regard. This was very handy. The residential area was quiet, we hardly noticed the two dogs at all. We were able to park the car in front of the door and also take a few trips on foot. All in all, a nice stay.

The place is neat, clean, has every necessity provided. The blinds inside and a mini-terrace are very nice additions. The shower might be a little less spacious than usual, but using it was manageable. Would stay again.

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

The house is a 15-minute walk from the lake. There is a lot of space in the house and it is tastefully decorated. Especially the upper living area with open kitchen and dining table is cozy. The lower apartment has a terrace where the sun shines until late in the afternoon in February. Julia was very accommodating. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

What to say about Julian's house except that it's a really rare find. It is a haven of peace, very well maintained with facilities worthy of a large hotel near Munich. The house makes you want to stay longer, unfortunately we were only visiting for one night, but that was enough for us to realize the very high standard of this house. A very large screen in the living room, where you can wrap in wide, very welcoming sofas...and all this leads to a terrace also very beautiful, with its small ponds and goldfish. Everything was perfect, our host Julian, very responsive and friendly, the house as a whole located in a great neighborhood on the doorstep of Munich. Excellent bedding. Perfect bathrooms…what more can we say, apart from that we will be back with pleasure if we return to the area. PS: the professional coffee machine (bean) is excellent, thank you for everything and especially for the attention to detail

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. The property and especially the view from the two balconies was incredibly beautiful! Breakfast overlooking the Zugspitze is just fun. Location is great, the service (fresh tea and hot water bottles on arrival) was great, friendly contact and spotless apartment. We felt comfortable all around and will be very happy to come back!

The place was amazing! Peaceful and quiet and so close to the gondola and to downtown. Gabriele was super nice and hospitable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the short trip at Lake Schliersee very much. Great quiet location with large parking on the property, clean apartment with nice balcony and nice, friendly landlords. Amenities were perfect. Welcome drink, fresh fruit and in the kitchen everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay here! Place was big, clean, and has a great view of the city. Located close to public transportation and Vivi was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay!

We spent two nights at this apartment in Seefeld from April 28-30. We were 4 adults and one toddler (1 year old and 8 months old). The apartment is fully as described – everything was clean, tidy, and all of the furniture and appliances worked perfectly. Special thanks to host Andreas: he always responded very quickly to messages (usually within 30 minutes), personally welcomed us, explained everything in detail and even provided a crib and high chair – that was very helpful. From the window you have a wonderful view of the Hohe Munde, and the area is pleasantly quiet. A perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Superb value for money. We have found no deficiencies and are happy to recommend this property.

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation, the decor is very tasteful and the amenities are great. The apartment is centrally located in Reichersbeuern and bakery, butcher, etc. are within walking distance. We also received very helpful tips for excursion destinations from the hosts.
