The location of Nicolas’s place can’t be underscored enough! The neighborhood was lovely, incredibly walkable, and close to the city center and other attractions. Nicolas is a wonderful host and was incredibly helpful with several recommendations for our stay!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

Super nice and very clean, cozy apartment on a very nice horse farm. Gitti is a super nice hostess, we felt totally comfortable right away! We could pet and feed the goats and rabbits at any time, a perfect vacation for our daughter. We were completely satisfied!

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had an all-around great stay in this apartment! The place was exactly as described – modern and clean. The fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful view from the balcony. The location was also ideal. Communication with the host was outstanding – quick, friendly, and helpful with any questions. Check-in was completely straightforward. We visited this beautiful apartment over an extended weekend and we were all very happy with the choice. Top equipment, every detail was thought of. The hot tub was always the highlight in the evening. I'm sure we'll be back :)

We were completely satisfied with our place. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Apartment located in a very nice neighborhood. There is a well-equipped kitchen and even a private wellness room that only we could use during our stay. Thomas was very kind and helpful during the trip, recommended local restaurants, and also prepared breakfast for us in the fridge for the first day. The neighbors are very nice, the view from the terrace overlooks the mountains. Overall the apartment was amazing, we highly recommend it!:)
