Lovely home to stay in within a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very friendly hosts. Beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Had everything we needed. Even though it is at the back of the host house, it still felt private. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to others.

Excellent place to stay, was clean and homely. Would absolutely stay here again!

Thanks for hosting us in your cottage Pat and Mark! The cottage was very clean, tidy, comfortable and peaceful, the large lawn provided plenty of space for the kids to run around, the secure bike storage was ideal and having the kitchen stocked with basics for making breakfast was a great bonus that helped make the mornings go that bit smoother. Will definitely look at staying here again for our next Rotorua trip :-)

We stayed here as we were doing some walks and mountain biking around Rotorua, the place was easy to find, easy to get into and suited us perfectly. It was exactly as described and is in a great location for Rotorua activities.

Thank you for your hospitality Juliette. Our family loved staying at your place. The kids especially grew very fond of Moka. They were sad to say goodbye to him. As a host Juliette was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was always just a phone call away and answered all our questions. House was very cosy and comfortable. The backyard / deck area was the best for our three little people who enjoyed kicking the ball around in and riding their bikes. It was completely secured which was a bonus (especially with our wandering two year old) ! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful/quiet location with lake front. My nephew & his friend were enjoy playing in the yard & lake. Comfortable beds.

great place to stay and great hosts! perfect sized space for our family of 4. we loved having the BBQ and felt like the kitchen was well stocked. the house was a perfect base camp for our excursions. would def stay here again.

We used Joss and Wayne's place for a team building retreat. It was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen for our self-catering, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Joss and Wayne were great hosts - showed us where everything was and then left us to it. As well as the great kitchen, there was also a lovely outside area with a BBQ for relaxing at night. Great venue. Would highly recommend.

The view from Glenn's place really sold it for us. The fact you cannot really see any other dwellings and just the mountain and lake in all their awe is very special indeed. We would have appreciated some outdoor lounging/beanbag type furniture to truly appreciate the view and a safer way to access the hot tub (the ladder has to be carefully stabilised to climb safely) but did not at all detract.

We had a superb weekend. Totally private and serene A beautiful home with great character A high spec kitchen and BBQ All of the bedrooms are individually dressed with en suites The grounds including spa and sauna are lovely Close to Rotorua and tons of outdoor activities We highly recommend and hope to return

Super nice, spacious place. Had everything you need for a relaxing stay in Rotarua, and only a few mins drive from everywhere we wanted to visit.

This was another great stay for my family at Mike & Annemaries's. Loved the pool again for family and great location and plenty of space for family. Great that there was a lot of towels. House was perfect and we always enjoy staying here for a short vacay.

We had another great stay at this resort. We have stayed in other places managed by Nerida before. This three bedder is maybe getting a little tired decor wise… so just now that it is a Kiwi bach experience that your getting in a great location. Will definitely be keen to come again.

We enjoyed our stay at Peter and Betty’s. The pool was lovely and the beds were comfortable. Google maps guided us down a nearby street instead, but the instructions from the host were accurate and fixed the problem. Peter was very responsive when we had any questions. Would stay again

Great host, excellent house & great location. We stayed for New Years and could see the fireworks over the city. House and pool both clean and lovely.

our family was so in love with this place. it had everything we needed. private yet close enough to the centre of town the place is definitely for families, as we knew that this place is loved and taken care of. we picked this place because it is a older home, so we didn't have anxiety about staying here! the pool was a bonus! which I appreciated it being heated but also not a spa pool. simply the water was warm enough to not shiver!

Jonathan’s house is very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you need. The lounge and dining areas are spacious and comfortable as are the bedrooms and beds. Nice outdoor garden with a lovely warm hot tub. Very much appreciated especially on a cold wet Rotorua day. The house is close to the shops, cafes, restaurants, groceries etc. Some interesting sightseeing areas are within walking distance from the property. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic weekend in Rotorua for our mother’s/Grandmothers 76th birthday. Jessie’s place was perfect for our family of 9 adults, very roomy and had everything that we needed, comfortable and clean, would definitely recommend.

had a wonderful time. the facilities on offer were so much fun and great for a large group. they were very flexible with the chaos of organizing many people and the changes we requested.
