Monthly Rentals in Roswell

Wonderful stay, the accommodations were good. Beautiful backyard, with a grill. Very private house was very clean and well kept. Very good for a large family. They also had two extra sleeping cots available. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time at Maria's place in Roswell! This was an intermediate stop in the middle of our trip and we relished the opportunity to do laundry. Though we had initially planned to grab a bite to eat out, we found the kitchen to be quite amenable to preparing some of the food that we already had. This was a nice, quiet spot to ride out a thunderstorm, grab a shower and cozy up with a good book about the geology of Carlsbad caverns. Maria was kind, respectful and proactive in communicating everything that we needed to know ahead of time. Her thoughtfulness made the space feel like we were staying at a friend's home. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the second time we stayed at Jane’s place. We made a short one night trip and wanted a comfortable place to rest before a 10 hour drive home. Absolutely love this place. It’s cozy and comfy and had everything we needed for our short stay. We plan on making several trips back and forth to New Mexico and will absolutely be staying here!!

Cute house that has been tastefully updated. Back yard was fenced and secured so my tiny 7lb dog couldn't be an escape artist. Recommend it!
