Monthly Rentals in Rosendale

I have only great things to say about Caitlynn and Matt’s guest house. My travel partner and I were very very very comfortable here. We are both from big cities so I admit it was a little jarring at first to come home to such darkness and quiet but after settling in we just found it cozy and peaceful and like a true retreat. There was some highway noise and lights that shine through the window also there is no microwave but we made do with the ample kitchen supplies and the airfryer which was very multifunctional. The highlight for me was the bed, soft sheets and it was a perfect memory mattress. They keep the cottage super clean, and that’s coming from a stickler! Caitlynn was also so helpful and responsive and her guidebook recs was what drew us to choosing their place. 100% recommend for any couple or solo traveler who wants a beautiful, tidy and quaint home base with easy driving access to all the Hudson Valley has to offer. We miss Caitlynn and Matt’s place already, thanks guys!

We had a lovely stay! The apartment is clean, well equipped, and is perfectly located to enjoy Main Street in Rosendale. There are so many cute shops and restaurants right outside. We did a quick drive to Mohonk Preserve this trip and our kids loved the children's area of the nature center and the children's forest. We'll definitely be back!

Great communicator. Clean, well-equipped space. Had snow plowed and de-iced during a snowstorm. Recommended!

Althea’s place was great! It looked better than the pictures, was well appointed, we had everything we could need. The walls are thin, but the town really does shut down at 10pm so it was quiet when going to bed. A great landing pad, just what we needed!
