Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Rosario

German's department was perfect for our stay in Rosario. We came from a long trip from Boston to visit family in Rosario with my husband and baby. The location of the department is perfect, close to the Rio and many shops. The department is very comfortable, spacious and bright, with many spaces for working, cooking and playing with the baby. Everything was spotless, which gave me a lot of peace of mind that I could leave the baby crawl and play on the floor. Today the house was very clean, things that I really value while traveling. The patio is great for sunbathing and eating outside. German has been extremely attentive to all our needs and very understanding with questions of the long trip and drink. Surely we will be back on upcoming visiting trips!

To note: Very good apartment, with an unbeatable location, close to everything, a few blocks from downtown Rosario and just one block from the Paraná River. The owners are always very attentive, responding instantly, even at late hours. The building's pool is excellent and has private security. Overall, highly recommended!

Everything was great. The apartment was impeccable. The air conditioning works perfectly. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is spectacular. Beautiful view of the city. 10 min drive to downtown. There are supermarkets and many shops in the area. It doesn't have a microwave, but in our case it wasn't a problem. Damian and Patricia are very kind.

Mariela's place was very spacious ,quiet and with everything you need. The gym has many things to work out and the pool is beautiful the view it has with its lounge chairs and spaces to relax. The carport is super comfortable to park I would definitely go again.

Alejandra is an excellent host , communication was always fluid with an enjoyable treatment. The apartment was in excellent condition in a central area full of panoramas.

Going was at the last minute and was the cutest and most according to our search. It's nicer in person and feels very spacious, in the pictures it didn't look so big. It is in a great location, nice neighborhood, accessible by car or walking, close to the epicenter of bars and pubs to go out with friends.

My family and I felt very comfortable and at ease! The apartment has all the amenities, and it's decorated in a very nice way! It is also ideal for resting and disconnecting a little!!! and the area is very nice to explore the boulevard and the coastal park in front of the river!!! We recommend it!!! The hosts and co-hosts were always very friendly and helpful with our inquiries!!! we recommend it!!!

The house is exactly as shown in the photos and as described. It can comfortably accommodate seven people. The bedrooms and living room have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and all beds have new mattresses. The park, pool and barbecue are excellent. Communication with Mauritius was very smooth. There is a very well-stocked supermarket with good prices 450 meters away, and the community drinking water tank is 50 meters away. We would definitely come back!

The house is beautiful, in very good condition of conservation, it is very spacious and with very nice spaces. The photos are what the photos are. Mrs. Amelia who welcomed us into the house, always very predisposed and very friendly. Everything was clean and in good condition. The terreza is very nice to enjoy. Just a few details that can be improved, such as leaving napkins, indicating no towels available. The rest is all very well. I highly recommend this place, Franco is very kind and flexible. Laura is a great host, very attentive and responded quickly to all inquiries. The house is as published. It has an expectacular roofed outdoor area where you can spend all day. The pool is a big plus of the house. The comfortable living room with two armchairs and the dining room with a super large table. Super comfortable kitchen with washing machine. Garage, no roof for now, where 2 cars can enter. Optimo place to get away from the stress of the city.

We went to Rosario for 10 days for work and we were looking for a quiet place to rest. It undoubtedly exceeded expectations, the apartment is equipped for everything, the beds are super comfortable, everything works very well, the shower, which is always something, is half and half, in this case it works perfectly, the water pressure is excellent and the hot water is great. The neighborhood is very quiet on the outskirts of the city, and being private gives you a lot of peace of mind. We will definitely choose it again. I recommend it 100%!! 👍

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT AS WE SAW IT ON THE PAGE, COMFORTABLE APARTMENT, GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN AND VICTORIA WAS ALWAYS ATTENTIVE. TWO BLOCKS FROM THE MAPACI SANATORIUM (BV. OROÑO) WHICH WAS WHAT WE NEEDED.

Everything was impeccable! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, bright and clean, with everything you need to be comfortable. The view from both balconies is spectacular for enjoying the sunsets in the city. It is located in an ideal spot to go out to eat or have a delicious coffee. Ignacio was an excellent host! Very warm, attentive and respectful to us from the moment we booked. We have no doubt that we will return on our next visit to Rosario!
