Oroño and Pichincha, 250 meters from the river, 100 meters from a pharmacy, supermarket, 5 minimarket, ice cream parlor, laundry, everything you need. Covered parking on the same block for a fee. Free street parking after 8:00 PM and 24 hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

My apartment, located in downtown Rosario, is very warm and functional. It is a 10-minute walk from Parque España (Costanera Río Paraná) and 4 minutes from downtown (Paseo del Siglo). The neighborhood is very quiet, with many cool bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, and stores. It's safe and has a very good connection to public transportation. Ideal for couples, business travelers, and those who want to discover Rosario, with its wonderful spaces, people, and culture.
