We had a fantastic time in Buenos Aires. The flat is in mint conditions, it has all the necessary appliances, good internet connectivity, the bathtub and shower are excellent and the space is very comfortable and quiet. It has 24h security guard at the entrance of the building block which is a plus. The location was perfect for us, with 6 or 7 restaurants literally just around the corner, 3 min walking distance to a magnificent park and 25 min walk to Boca Juniors stadium and Caminito. The tourist bus has a 8min walking distance stop. The breakfast that is included is good and you can order the best media lunas in town (paying additionally). San Telmo neighbourhood was for us the most charming one and the Sunday fair is amazing and a must during a stay. The owners of the flat were quite friendly and always responded quite swiftly. Rest assured that booking this place is the first step to a great vacation.

Sofia's space is in a perfect location, close to markets, squares, bus stops... It was very clean when we arrived, and we still had a person who went to clean the space during our stay because it was a long stay. Everything was as in the ad and communication with Sofia was excellent. We recommend it!

We very much like the stay at the Apê de Federico. Super well located, on Rua do Don Julio. Near bars and, coffee and shops but not hearing noise ( we sleep well). Big bed, a little firm for me, but that's a taste. My husband liked.lençol Great. Well-equipped, with dryer, plug adapter and iron.

Overall a good stay -- the place is well-furnished and very cozy, tastefully decorated as you see in the pics. The location is right off a main street so plenty of great places to check out. Janu was really helpful and responsive to various situations. The only negative was the wifi never worked consistently for me enough for zoom calls, so I had to use my cell service tethering a lot. But would stay again!

Beautiful place to have short or long stays. Highly recommended. Easy access to the neighborhood and very safe with 24 hour private security. The apartment is in an enviable location with a barbecue terrace with a great view of the lagoon. Very enjoyable. The lagoon beaches are really beautiful and makes you feel like you're on a Caribbean beach. It offers free use of boards to do Stand Up paddle, kayaks, and windsuring (all probes). The site employees are very cordial and attentive. Highlighting the attention of Maria Luz (host) for her availability and cordiality. It made us feel at home. Many thanks... all the way around!

I would highly recommend !! Very close to the subway and the bus station, it was very convenient ! A lot of coffee shops are around and easy to find, as well as supermarkets. It was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable + the rooftop was appreciated as well!! Hernan provided informations about how to find the place a day before, i have to say it was really appreciated since i didnt have service when i arrived. Thank you again :)

Nicolas’ home is a true paradise retreat surrounded by a lush garden. The pictures do not completely reflect its charm - beautiful art and decoration, comfortable furniture, including many outdoor, fully equipped kitchen and a nearby supermarket. Nicolas is a true Super Host and a very nice one :) He is responsive, easy to communicate, flexible and accommodating. If you want a peaceful rest and an escape from the city noise and hassle, this Del Aviso villa in an oasis will be perfect for you. It was for us!
