The house is located in the upper part of the village at an altitude of about 950m and has a beautiful view of the mountains and the village. Hello! You are welcome to stay in our charming holiday apartment. The apartment is located in a closed compound, in a holiday village, bordering a green alpine forest. The apartment is located near the charming town of Sampeyre, which is the most central town in Valle Varaita. The apartment is in a quiet and quality complex, which has lawns, a tennis court and a small playground, a real paradise for families. A very safe and child-friendly complex.

The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

The village of the carlevaro is located in the middle of a clearing, surrounded by the woods, reachable in about 15 minutes from the state road, and therefore from all the services that the villages of me and ash can offer (excellent restaurants, grocery stores, etc.)
