great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Very beautiful neighborhood. Ladislav responded quickly and factually to all questions. He also allowed us to leave the house 2 hours later, which gave us the extra bike tour on the day of checkout. I recommend this place for people with children for hiking and biking. We'd love to come again.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at the house. Everything was perfect. A very large and beautiful house with an interesting interior. There were all the amenities: grill, fire pit, terrace and large balcony. The owner even arranged jacuzzi for us which was very pleasant. We will definitely come back here in the summer when we can swim in the pool.

The stay was great, very welcoming, ideal for a family, and self check-in helps a lot for people like us who come from far away and have no expected arrival time. A wonderful place, it seems to take from a movie, a lot of peace, a super quiet area, a beautiful landscape and for those who come with the initial idea of getting to know the capital like us, will not regret renting in this area because it is also very beautiful.

We liked the stay in Klara’s house. We were the only guests and had the kitchen, living room, garden for us. Thanks for the thrusting! We visited the dam to have a little swim, saw the centra of Liberec and Jablonec but the highlight was a walk around the rocks at Besedicke Skaly. We had one rainy day but the house is cosy and comfortable to spend one day inside. Penny Market is on walking distance, other warehouses are a bit further but just 5-10 minutes by car. We met Klara just very shortly, but she was reachable by message. Thanks Klara, we enjoyed it!

We spent a family Easter in Mikołajówka. It was the perfect place to stay. Beautiful view from the window of the Jizera Mountains and Świerads. Very nice starting point for the surrounding trails. Rooms are clean, and a kitchen with everything you need. We easily accommodated a family of 10. The kids were delighted with the garden, where they spent their free time during the day and the bubble bath, where they disappeared in the evenings 😉 Plus, contacting the owner, who was able to answer any questions and was ready to help. We recommend and thank you! ❤️

Thank you Kasia for your great hospitality. The house is great, we were there as a big family and enjoyed the weekend to the maximum. Outside by the campfire we cooked a delicious winter stew, inside everyone sat around the fireplace, playing games chatting and laughing. The rooms are so lovingly designed, you feel comfortable all around:) See you soon!!

Quiet place, beautiful nature, corridor shared with another apartment - we were lucky because no one lived in the other apartment. Tidy, clean, good heating system. It was comfortable.

Our stay was very calm and relaxing. The house is very private and it contains all that you might need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was very clean and the beds comfortable to sleep in. There are shops nearby and nature behind every corner. Very much recommended!

Zuzana is a very sweet host who can take care of everything. The slopes are within walking distance and they are very child-friendly, and the ski lessons are great. In the house we were bothered by the acoustics but otherwise everything was very clean, tidy and everything you need is present.

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Very nice and quiet accommodation, sufficient for 5 people. Close to shop, cafe and restaurant. Minutes by car there are a lot of ski lifts . We loved it, we'd love to come back.Thank you

We were a group of friends of 14 people. Everyone noted the coziness and comfort of this magnificent house. The entire house was spotlessly clean. Well-equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone in the shared room. Separately, we want to note how interesting and tasteful interior decor is. It was very interesting for us to look at and discuss all sorts of interesting details . Also near the house there is a magnificent garden available to guests, where we enjoyed walking, playing and grilling . We could enjoy interacting with cute and affectionate cats and a dog in the garden. The hosts of the house are friendly and helpful. When we had any questions they were easily accessible, but completely their presence nearby in the house was completely unnoticeable. We are all perfectly satisfied with the weekend spent in this house. Thank You

Monika and her family were great hosts and very helpful and kind. The house was in great condition and in a very peaceful wooded area. Parking was available on site and the checkin process was very easy as Monika came to open the door for us. Overall we were more than satisfied with the say.

I booked the whole house during New Year's Eve with my friends and family. Brzozów is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a great place for walking. The house is very well equipped, you can prepare meals, there is a dishwasher, oven, etc. Interestingly, there are no shortage of capsules, spices, and tea, as in other places. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are as well. We'd love to come back to this place :) The owner is a great and contactable person. I recommend!

Delightful timbered house, fairytale setting, very comfortable beds, magical atmosphere with a stove in the living space. We appreciated the bathroom for each room. Great for trips. Highly recommended.

Our vacation in the surrounding house was very nice. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. My husband lit the stove every morning and evening. In the living room, we always played board games in the evening. I also thought it was nice that there was no TV. The children (6 and 8) had a lot of fun in the small garden where there is a trampoline, a sandbox, playhouse, swing and gymnastics rings. In the afternoon there was always a small performance ☺ Also interesting was the book about the house itself from 2019-2024. What the family has already mastered and achieved and what else is still to be done in the renovation. We wish you every success and strength.
