We had a lovely stay at the pretty tiny house. Very responsive/ helpful host. Exactly as described and super clean. A lovely peaceful sanctuary.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a very cozy and beautiful place with amazing views.

Maggie and Paddy are great hosts, The cottage is very comfortable, quaint and nicely decorated, and the wood burning stove made it very cosy. Maggie sent us an excellent digital guide to the area beforehand so we were able to plan our trip in advance. There is lots to do in the locality. She also gave us a lovely breakfast tray with eggs from their own hens. The old stone cottage is attached to the back of their house with a shared driveway but separate entrance porch.

We were very pleased with the stay at Kevin's Rose Cottage. The work they put in to blend the historic stone renovation is marvelous. Traditional Irish stone meets Nordic design influence interior. The spacious kitchen and dining room are well-appointed, and we loved the lighting in the ceiling. The location is nice 15 minute trip to Adrigole- a delightful small town. Popping up to Kenmare is not too long with the not to miss trip through Healy's Pass - what a beautiful drive. The views and flora you see are remarkable, even though the rhododendron in bloom are majestic, they are highly invasive, so bit of a double-edged sword. The gardens at Garinish Island are worth a visit by a quick ferry ride as well. We enjoyed the DVD selection! Accessibility note: tough steps so Mom had to walk around outside to the front door from the lovely Dutch door exit by her lower room to the restroom on middle floor, but it was manageable.
