Lori’s is exactly what we need while visiting family over a holiday. She is very gracious to host us over Thanksgiving as the last occupants of the year. Even during a snow storm, her place is cosy and beautiful. This is our second year coming, and we love it every time. We would recommend it for those looking for a charming getaway from busy life. This is my favorite AirBnB So comfortable, clean, relaxing atmosphere Has everything you could possibly need and more Set up is so cozy and welcoming... Other places dont offer so many amenities and often they seem like left overs or an after thought...not Jeff's place...very top notch will be there for a third stay for sure

We enjoyed our weekend away at Mayya’s guest house! It was the perfect size for the two of us and we felt there were more than enough amenities to ensure our stay was cozy and peaceful! The add on of the hot tub was much needed and appreciated as well as it was getting chillier at night and it was the perfect addition! I would have liked to take advantage of the walking trail but the weather was rainy so we didn’t get to. We would definitely stay here again for a couple days and thank you Mayya for being a great host!

It was so beautiful,serene and cozy. The wide open yard was perfect for our kids to run, play and explore. They enjoyed hours of run playing on the swing and in the hand built club house. We loved having s’mores and relaxing by the fire. At night me and my husband enjoyed playing board games with the kids and when they went to bed we enjoyed the hot tub and spending quality time. I loved that we were completely unplugged. Although I never had to use an outhouse it was nothing like I thought it was clean and cozy. I am very thankful for the time we were able to spend.

Our stay at the skylight treehouse was amazing and just as nice as all the other reviews said. Feras and his family went above and beyond leaving flowers and cookies and a little note waiting for us when we arrived. The place was staged in such a cute way with the fireplace on and made it feel very homey. The hot tub was the icing on the cake overlooking the lake and even though we knew there was another treehouse right next door there was a privacy fence making it so we felt totally private and alone. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is magical . Loved waking up and seeing the scenery. The trail was really well maintained given all the snow. We've had a wonderful hike to the pond seeing only nature, not one person on the trail. It was fun stopping and trying to identify all kinds of animal tracks along the path. We are thinking of coming back in the spring or summer. Thank you for muffins Toby and Peter!!!

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

Exactly what we needed, Fully recharged after a long peaceful weekend. Watching the Fishermen and Water Foul was a great way to waste a day. The cottage was warm and homey, stocked with more than enough. Thank You for sharing your Beautiful spot.

Second stay at the farm house. Two weeks this time. We just love it here. Plenty of space yet cozy, everything you need, lovely outdoors space. We enjooed watching the chickens, dicks and horse next door. I wish we could stay for months. Thank you, Amy and family!

We loved our stay at the guesthouse! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space and it was pretty magical having the beautiful grounds to ourselves on the day the brewery was closed. Except of course for Dizzy, who provided ample comic relief throughout our stay! Not unexpected for the area, but we did need to be super vigilant about ticks - they were out in force even in April. Otherwise we absolutely recommend staying here.

My friends and I loved this Airbnb. We brought our dog and he also loved it! The firepit outside was a huge plus. It was clean and comfortable. There were games available to play and a streaming TV. The kitchen was spacious and it was a good size for 5-6 people.

Great location, easy walk into town. Lovely place. on arrival had an issue with heat but Melanie responded quickly and we were able to rectify the problem quickly. Would definitely stay again. The dog enjoyed also!

Great house and good location, it was warm during our stay. Enough space for our company. Not far away from the city. Overall it was nice staying there.

Ryan’s place was just as advertised. It’s was centrally located within walking distance to stores and restaurants within a quiet neighborhood. The home had all one would need to be comfortable. Additionally there was a nice outdoor fire pit and a hot tub. I would recommend Ryan’s place.

This is everything you could ask for and more. Shops and downtown life are within 30 minutes and you get the peace and quiet of a getaway without needing to go anywhere if you don’t want to. The hosts were great and the town is quaint. I highly recommend to any family who wants to relax, unwind, and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

My return visit to the Boathouse was even lovelier than I hoped it would be. The location can't be matched by anything else I've seen. I enjoyed a September visit with my dog and was lucky to have pristine weather. I lived a very simple and healthy outdoors life and came home the better for it. The Boathouse is true to its description: it is simple and rustic and uncomplicated but well-equipped, and is perfect for one-and-dog, or for two people. A little coming-and-going from the neighboring houses meant that I didn't feel isolated. Margaret is truly an exceptional and friendly host who communicates promptly and clearly. I almost hesitate to share "my" Boathouse location with too many of my back-home friends because it feels so intimate and special. I already want to be back there. I offer my deep thanks to Margaret and to the place that I could - briefly - call home.

BEAUTIFUL Home!! Tons of space to relax and spread out with our family! The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated all of the bathrooms for our group! The kitchen was huge and so handy for preparing meals! I absolutely loved the style and atmosphere of this wonderful home! We also loved being able to bring our dogs!! We had a lovely time and we would most definitely come back!!! 🥰
