Vacation rentals with a patio in Rochdale

Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

Amazing stay at the cottage, the view was especially amazing and the living room was especially cosy. It was quite easy to find but you might find yourself walking a bit too far and finding the back door before the front door like we did haha.

We only stayed at Carolain's place for 1 night but found it to be a great apartment. Perfect location to the Aviva Centre, and very responsive hosts.

Easy to find, very clean and well equipped. We had no problem with on street parking. South facing patio (if you get the weather) Scones and milk in the fridge on arrival, obviously Sheila is someone who cares.

Helen's 1 bedroom apartment is lovely, really enjoyed the stay. Will stay again if come back to Warrington.

Great place for a visit up to Manchester. Easily accessible off the motorway, easy to locate. Comfortable for both of us, just what we wanted. Highly recommended

Maurizio’s place was just perfect- it is a quiet, comfortable and a home from home. It had everything you needed for a short weekend like we had or a longer stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were like being at a spa. Not to mention the undercover outdoor seating area with heaters! An ideal place to stay for a weekend in Manchester. We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you!

We had a fabulous long weekend in Marsden, loads to do an explore in the area. Lovely house and neighbours very friendly.

What a wonderful little cottage! Tucked up a little side street very close to Higher Buxton shops, pubs, and restaurants. Parking directly outside the cottage is very handy. The living room has a large comfy sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen is new and clean, the same as the lovely large bathroom with its double length, rain head shower. The double bed is extremely comfortable and there's hanging space and drawers, as well as a cube socket with USB ports. There is a small courtyard garden where you could enjoy a cup of the complimentary hot chocolate or pod coffee. Everything is well presented and clean and the hosts are responsive to any questions you may have. They recommended a couple of eateries when asked and we tried both and found them excellent. There is a welcome pack that tells you all about the best local restaurants and pubs and tells you a little of the cottages history. All in all we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to explore Buxtun.

We was finding hard to locate an air b&b with all the events going on around that weekend, aaron was more than helpfull with everything and was fast to respond to any questions needed!

We had a lovely stay and the location is excellent, with supermarket 5 mins walk away and town centre barely further. We had no issue parking outside the property and had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. Be mindful that the stairs are quite steep!

We have no complaints at all, spotlessly clean, and modern, fully equipped and felt at home straight away. Mark was very helpful and the place is to a very high decorative standard even with a soft close toilet. Would love to stay again, great local pub within a 100 meters with fantastic food. Lovely walks around the area, Zara (our dog) loved it.

The cottage went beyond our expectations, so clean and rooms all tastefully decorated. The cottage has all mod cons and loved the kitchen. We were clown away by the rooms and loved the bath in main bedroom. It was easy to find and in a perfect location, beautiful walks in all directions. The village of Hayfield is a nice walk away and you pass The Sportsman pub on the way, nice dog friendly pub, lovely roast dinner! We will definitely be booking again Thank you for having us! What a great find. Perfect location for peaceful walks with my Dalmatian Daisy. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard with plenty of room and felt secure and safe. Most important to me was that it was dog friendly and it really was. Daisy had her own secure area to play in and this is just so helpful. Hosts are friendly and the info provided to help you to find the place is excellent, also lots of info in the accommodation about the local area. Would definitely recommend and also would love to stay again for a longer break.

Really lovely, clean and modern apartment in a great location. Checking in was easy and Jermaine was really quick to respond with any questions, and sent helpful information ahead of our stay. Both bedrooms were a great size and very comfortable beds. Would stay again when visiting Sheffield with friends.

This is a fabulous rental. It is beautifully appointed inside and spotlessly clean and tidy. It’s in a very quiet spot with verdant outside space and close to the buzzy pub and restaurant scene in Headingley as well as being within striking distance of Leeds city centre. Jo could not have been more helpful in terms of accommodating us and making us feel immediately at home.

Brilliant host and brilliant place to stay. We will definitely by using Anthonys place again should we return to manchester
