Francesca is a wonderful host: friendly, helpful & quick to respond to messages. Her apartment is extremely clean and spacious and we enjoyed the sweeping balcony. Yes, the stairs and hill make it a bit of a climb to get there, but well worth it. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Tropea. We’d definitely choose to stay here again.

Our vacation with Vittoria and Francesco was simply fantastic from start to finish. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome, and this warm welcome continued throughout the stay. The complex is beautifully located in nature and convinces with absolute cleanliness. The beaches are right next door and are easily accessible. The clean, fully equipped pool with a bar where you are served in a friendly manner was another highlight of our stay. For children, there is a great program that leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, the town of Tropea as well as many other beautiful places in the area can be reached in just a few minutes by car. A bus stop is almost outside the door, and you can also rent a car or moped very cheaply. Thanks to Vittoria, none of our questions remained unanswered and every wish was kindly fulfilled. We were simply happy and will be back. Thank you. 🙏

Perfect stay. The apartment is as described and very well located (5 min walk to the historic center). The private rooftop terrace is very nice. Vincenzo is an excellent host, very welcoming and accommodating. Despite a very late arrival, he didn't hesitate to pick us up at the train station.

Very clean and cozy apartment with all the essentials. Strategic location to reach Capo Vaticano and Tropea in max 10-15 Min with our motorcycle. Luca is an always present host, available and ready to solve any problem. Excellent experience

Very convenient stay, everything was fine!

Very close to the RcD Centrale (train station), many food stores, bakeries, food/veggie shops around. Apartment is very spacious, has renoved bathroom and is located on ground floor (but no worries, it feels very safe, there is only 1 window overlooking the street). Tiziana replies in, literally, minutes, so there was no communication issues. The only thing I would recommend to be prepared for is quite old kitchen cutlery + some other kitchen equipments like chopping board, glasses, bowls etc. Overall - very nice place for stay in Reggio di Calabria :)

idyllic mountain village surrounded by friendly Italian people. in winter it can get cold in the house, even if the sun laughs in the morning surrounded by lemon trees. We've always had power outages. It was worth a trip. 🍋🌞🍊

Franco is great and friendly. 100% helpful. Good beds. The accommodation is close to the beach. Although we were here out of season, we experienced a lot and enjoyed the town and its surroundings.

A perfect base to explore all areas of Paris from. Would happily stay here for a longer trip as well. A wonderful apartment with a great vibe.

Salvatore is at the top, he welcomed us very warmly, he recommended nearby restaurants as well as beaches and viewpoints, the accommodation is impeccable small quiet residence with swimming pool and sunbathing. Frankly impeccable, I'm really satisfied. Thanks again and see you soon!

We were very happy. The apartment is very clean and complete with everything you need. Antonio was very friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruit and drinks. the house has a beautiful view of Tropea and the gulf. great location to move both to the sea and inland. Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Franco's apartment was a very good decision. The apartment as described, Franco is a nice and very helpful person. he answered all the questions, recommended places to visit. I sincerely recommend staying with Franco when you are in Kalabri.

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

This place is truly stunning-by far the most beautiful location I've ever stayed. The view was absolutely breathtaking, with every moment feeling like something out of a postcard. From sunrise to sunset, the scenery was unforgettable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable, showing such kindness and attention to detail. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. I'm so grateful for the memories made here and can't wait to return someday.

Apartment 50m from the sea, tidy and bright. Fabulous area and in 10 minutes by car you have the opportunity to visit other beautiful areas. A helpful and friendly host. Highly recommended!
