Great communication, clear instructions. The surrounding was peaceful and very close to the beach. The rooms was surprisingly soundproof and the heating was more than adequate for cold days. The living area was super spacious.

Unpretentious older house about a 5 min drive into Cowes. Private access to beach. Wallabies and birds came up to the back fence for a feed. Possums ate our Easter eggs in the backyard on Easter Sunday morning egg hunt! We loved Richard’s house. It has a great vibe and plenty of space for three kids, five adults and our dog. Kids loved the table tennis. It was good to be away from the crowds in the Main Street. Beautiful walks along the beach which was so accessible. Richard and crew were great to communicate with.

The house with the very special decoration is unique and very comfortable to stay for a couple of days, especially due to the very comfortable bed in the main bedroom . To relax in the beautiful garden with an amazing bird life the house is perfect. To make the chill out complete, the two hammocks you can put up on the deck were fantastic! And you can go for a relaxed swim on the very close swimming beach. For people who love surfing the most amazing surf beach in the first surf nature reserve is just a three minute drive away. The waves were just spectacular when we were there. If you want to eat out, it’s just a 20 minute walk on two minute drive to the restaurant in the entrance of the urbanization, It’s really recommendable. We had just had 3 perfect days!

My friend group of 10 and myself absolutely loved out stay at this place. The house was everything we wished for and more. It was in such a fantastic location within walking distance to everything we needed (shops, beach, etc) and the house itself was incredible. So much to do inside with lots of options including pool table, table tennis, basketball, swing set, xbox and more. I would definitely recommend this stay.

This really did feel like a home away from home. Everything you could ask for is here. The surrounds are so peaceful and quiet. I had a BBQ and a beach walk with friends on the Saturday and the patio was an amazing area to sit out on and look at the water. Differently will be returning! We had a wonderful stay at this thoughtfully designed property. While it operates as a business accommodation, the personal touches in the decor and furnishings made it feel warm and welcoming. The space was spotless, comfortable, and well-furnished, with stunning views from the balcony. Communication with the host was seamless, and every effort was made to ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommended, and we hope to return in the future!

House was so spotless and luxurious on our arrival. The downstairs suite is a total win if you're going as a family - Mom and Dad get the suite - kids get upstairs! Such comfy couches - I want to know where the owner bought them! :) We were also granted an early check-in which was wonderful. Really close to the beach - enjoyed the walks and the proximity to a local grocer. I would love to come back and stay longer because 2 nights just isn't enough :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s house. It’s a real family home. Peter clearly trusts his guests to be respectful of his family’s space. The architecturally designed home had everything we needed and it was centrally located. The very plush bath towels (not to mention the beach towels!) were a lovely touch. Peter provided a lot of information about Sandy Point before we arrived and was kind enough to offer us a late check out. Thank you, Peter and Michelle, for trusting us with your lovely home.

Stylish, peaceful tiny home looking out over the ocean toward Wilson’s Prom. The calming sound of waves and birds made our weekend away deeply serene and relaxing. Thank you for a lovely getaway!

We loved our stay in Charmaine’s beautiful house in seaspray. The location is perfect, a very easy walk to the beach, surf club and general store. The house has lots of games and things to entertain kids and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy the warm afternoons. Seaspray is such a great place to visit, we’ll definitely be back!

Affordable home for the family and young grandchildren for a weekend together. Short stroll to the beach and 10 minute drive to the penguins. Bringing your own linen and towels and cooking in the kitchen really helped keep the costs down. Great memories for our family.

Great location, short walk to restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Minutes drive to Phillip Island. Excellent stay with a dog, well secured lovely backyard and the home is kept exceptionally clean. Great stay for four adults and a dog. Thank you Chloe.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway. House is beautiful and very close from all the cafes, jetty etc. We had wonderful time in the spa, pool and play area. Kitchen is amazing. Host Lynnie is wonderful and was responsive.

We had an amazing stay at Lawri's house! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it super convenient for morning strolls and sunset views. But the real standout was the indoor heated pool. It’s huge, clean, and made our stay feel like a private resort experience. We ended up spending most of our time relaxing in and around the pool, no matter the weather outside. The house itself was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend for families, couples, or anyone looking for a beach retreat with a luxurious twist!

Marsha's place is fantastic. Beautiful house, within metres of a secluded beach. We brought visitors from the UK here, and they (and we) were thoroughly impressed!

The house was absolutely beautiful. We had 4 families (8 adults 7 children) for 3 nights and it accommodated us all very comfortably. It felt spacious and had all the amenities we needed. With the large number of guests under one roof there was enough living spaces to sit and relax for all of us. Plenty of parking, a stones throw from the surf beach, the view from the living room is priceless. Location and access to the surf beach is so handy. Josh is super responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it. Thanks Josh for hosting us and being so patient with us throughout our stay.
