This Guesthouse is a true GEM!! Private gated nice community, amazingly communicative and sweet hosts, incredibly comfortable and calming place with fantastic decor! So much to say about it. The quality of the listing detail/info/pictures let you know this is a special one. As soon as you enter, you feel the pure care of these hosts. They even chalkboard write your own special greeting! The place is immaculately clean. The color/decor choices are so peaceful/calming. The bed is SUPER comfy. The little kitchenette, fridge, and coffee bar setup are fantastic. The MVP has to be that soft, comfy corduroy couch that pulls out into a full-lay sleeper, with a big TV that you can angle perfectly for front-row cinema chillin'. In the daytime, all the windows help fill with warm natural light. On the flipside it can get bright at morning break so maybe bring sleepmasks. The private backyard space behind the guesthouse is great for kids! Also, I recommend Tortas El Charro 4min away = Delicious!

I felt very safe and peaceful! I'm in the middle of a huge life transition and needed to stop in Riverside for a 6 week onboarding training at my newest work. Through a ton of chaos and turmoil in my life, this was a very quiet and cozy spot to rest. While the location is very close to a lot of hustle and bustle, it was super quiet and peaceful. Communication with Alexandre was super easy and friendly. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! It was so easy to fall asleep even with all the stress going on. Plenty of space just for me. The only downside is that I like to cook, and there is no kitchen. I was able to make do with a toaster oven and an InstaPot. It was difficult doing dishes in the bathroom sink. But despite that, I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, the area is safe and the house is beautiful. Elizabeth is very responsive and very friendly.

Judiann was very friendly and gracious. She provided croissant rolls, bottled water, popcorn, granola bars, jam and hot chocolate and coffee. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. We greatly enjoyed this space as a home base for activities close by. Thank you Judiann.
