Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riverside

We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. The place is very close to anything you’d want to do, whether it’s the beach or eating locally. It was very clean and had clear instructions for check in/out. The only downside that the owner can’t control is the bathroom was small and the floors are creaky. Overall, it was nice and in a decent area with private parking at the back of the lot.

After surviving the Eaton Canyon fire, I needed a place where I could decompress from the chaos and destruction. Being able to stay with family and friends following the event was a blessing, but I needed a place of my own to truly begin the healing process. I saw this listing and knew this was the place for me. The Monrovia location kept me close to my home while it is being repaired. The AirBnB's four units make for a quiet living experience and the fact that it is 2 blocks from Old Town Monrovia is the icing on the cake. This residential neighborhood is very walkable as experienced by the modest pedestrian street activity. Richard is the perfect host! When I I have a question or something in the unit needs to be addressed, Richard has immediately responded and satisfactorily solved the issue. I've resided in two of the units and both have been clean and excellently furnished. This place has helped me on my road back to normalcy! Thank you, Richard!

We really enjoyed staying at Anastasiya’s place! The beds were really comfy and super clean. The lights in the apartment are also a nice touch and create ambience. The bathroom needs a little tlc but other than that our stay was awesome 😊 super close to Disney and easy to get around to local coffee shops/food if you have a car everything is around 10min away.

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Lucy's spot was a great place for my co-workers to stay whilst in town. She was very responsive anytime we had questions about things. Super easy check in - easy to find as well. Ideal spot if you're wanting to be in the Burbank / Glendale area. Super cute and chill!

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. My family and I are extremely happy with the experience. This was by far the best experience. Danny’s communication was great! He was so friendly! Greeted us when we got there, and bid farewell when we left. We honestly felt like we were staying with a friend, we were so comfortable. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. Location was peaceful. We felt very safe, and had absolutely no issues! My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Came here for a conference, close distance to the convention center. Hugo was extremely gracious in returning an item that was accidentally left behind. He went above and beyond in shipping it back. We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.
