Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riverside

We had an enjoyable stay for the weekend. The place is very close to anything you’d want to do, whether it’s the beach or eating locally. It was very clean and had clear instructions for check in/out. The only downside that the owner can’t control is the bathroom was small and the floors are creaky. Overall, it was nice and in a decent area with private parking at the back of the lot.

We really enjoyed staying at Anastasiya’s place! The beds were really comfy and super clean. The lights in the apartment are also a nice touch and create ambience. The bathroom needs a little tlc but other than that our stay was awesome 😊 super close to Disney and easy to get around to local coffee shops/food if you have a car everything is around 10min away.

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

Fifth time staying at one of Lucas N Jay's apartments. Great value...love the location. Great communicator. The pool and hot tub/gym were great!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

This was my very first experience staying at an Airbnb, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction. I stayed for 16 nights and truly enjoyed every moment. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and street parking was always easy to find. The home itself was very well-equipped — it had everything I needed, from pots, utensils, and dishes to a nice selection of spices and even a Brita water pitcher. The large Samsung TV with an impressive variety of channels was definitely a bonus! The washer/dryer combo was straightforward and convenient to use, and the bidet in the bathroom was a good addition that made the stay even more comfortable. The only thing that didn’t quite suit my personal preference was the mattress, which was a bit too soft for me. However, that’s just a minor point in what was otherwise a wonderful experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would easily rate it 5 stars. Highly recommended!

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

John's house was clean, quiet, and sufficient for a family of 5. There were cooking utensils and basic seasonings, so it was good to cook. Parking was cumbersome to get a parking pass from the police station, but I was able to do it quickly.

Yongda was a wonderful host. Was very quick to respond when I messaged. I went out the front door without a key and shut it and locked myself out. Yongda had me back inside within minutes of reaching out to him. The house was wonderful inside. It was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

We actually went to the wrong address initially. Molly was very responsive and friendly even tbough it was pretty late in the evening. Molly checked in on us to make sure we found the correct location and that we were okay. This property was spotless! We would stay at any of Molly's properties in the future.

We really loved Ali's place! The space was beautiful and spacious! Me and hubby came out to celebrate our anniversary and we wanted something unforgettable and this place delivered and exceeded our expectations! The apartment is right above some amazing bars and a little cute convenience store! It's walking distance to a lot of different fun bars, shopping and galleries. We were able to walk to the fashion district and shop/eat. Thank you Ali for everything! I will definitely be staying again!

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at William's place. It was clean, spacious, and met our expectations. We appreciated having a functional and well-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, and William was responsive to any questions and needs. We also appreciated that it was a 15–20-minute walk to downtown Alhambra. Parking was also easy, with the two allocated spots being large enough to accommodate our vehicles, and plenty of street parking, as needed. Thanks!

Krysta’s place was great and she was a great host. We spent time at Disneyland, Long Beach and also took in an Anaheim Ducks game. Good location. Easy to uber but we also had a rental car so we loved having our own place to park. Comfy beds, homey environment with all amenities. If we are ever back in Anaheim we would definitely stay here again.
