Waterfront vacation rentals in River Hamble

The appartment was in an excellent location although access to the town on foot was hampered by the recent rockfall which had blocked all access via the direct route. This, obviously was outside of David and Mandy hands, but advanced info on this issue would have been helpful, as my wife is still recovering from a knee replacement. However, this would not have resulted in us changing our booking. The property was well equipped, comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view over the beach and sea. Ventnor Park and the beach were all within 10 to 15minute walking distance and the town would have been less than five minutes. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Had a great stay the house is fabulous very clean and spacious really central close to shops restaurants etc. We felt right at home. Anna was very responsive to some questions we had. We will definitely be booking again as we regularly visit the island as my brother and his family live there. Would highly recommend 👍

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! Great stay - flat was very clean and practical with 2 very similar bedrooms with ensuite bathroom to each. Short walk to Bournemouth pier / attractions. Everything v clean, new and modern. Jon was very responsive by email, which was really helpful

This place is absolutely gorgeous spot to stay it overlooks the beach ,sit on balcony watch the world go by .it was lovely and clean with pretty decor all through it feels like your at home .definitely coming back soon

We had a fantastic stay. Apartment was lovely and very clean and modern. The location is amazing right on Poole Quay front with lots of restaurants and things to do! We would defiantly come back!

Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Thi house is comfortable cosy every you need, lovely snacks, Tea coffee milk cereal. The beds are unbelievably comfortable, gorgeous top quality bedding. This house is stunning. Thi aloud us an early check-in and also was very kind when I asked to leave a few hours later the morning we was leaving, she responded yes very quickly, thank you Thi. West Wittering beach is only 20 minutes which we sent the day on. Amazing Airbnb, can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home itself is lovely—very spacious, beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic location that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. It had everything we needed for a comfortable visit, and we especially appreciated how much room there was to relax. The only downside for us was that, being a dog-friendly property, there was a noticeable pet smell. We're not pet owners ourselves, so it was just something we were more sensitive to. That said, it's a great spot for anyone travelling with dogs, and overall, it didn’t take away from our stay too much. Would absolutely recommend to others, especially those with pets!

Lovely warm welcome to me and my friends .The location is super , right get next to the water with a slipway to launch canoes and paddle boards , yet a 5minute walk into town . Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The Chalet was very spacious and well appointed . Great for few days away with friends , we would book again .

Carl was an extremely friendly host and communication was excellent. He even asked what milk we drank. His place was absolutely beautiful, so clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for our stay and he even allowed us due to not needing to get into his garage an extra parking space. The surrounding area is beautiful, safe and is only a short stroll to the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in the cottage. Great location and lovely garden with all the facilities that we needed. Plenty of space for two families of 3. Nigel was very responsive and helpful both before the stay and during it.

Really easy to find with off road parking. Up to the first floor, and wow, what a view of the coast from the living area and bedroom. A spacious living space and great balcony to sit outside. Large bed and sofa bed. Well equipped kitchen and complimentary tea/coffee/breakfast. Nice and clean and airy. Everything you need for a relaxing stay at the quieter end of the beach and a stone's throw from Bognor centre. Finn was helpful and easy to contact for our arrival. I would definitely stay here again, it's such a relaxing space. A visit to Arundel is a must, the wetlands, castle and gardens and Swanbourne lake.

Chris' apartment was a great find. We stayed for a month and booked after our previous arrangements were cancelled. we are delighted with the apartment and the location. The place was clean and bright, very comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was also beautifully decorated, with lovely touches, great guidebooks and some nice breakfast items for our first morning. Chris is a great host. His guidebook and instructions are invaluable - I would highly recommend anyone to take the time to read them before arriving. He has taken a lot of time and effort into putting the information together and it makes life so much easier and certainly adds to the enjoyment of your stay.

A really great find. Swanage is a beautiful seaside town and this apartment is superbly located to explore the beach and shops. It is beautifully furnished with lots of great facilities. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

A wonderful little flat, with great views over the harbour. It was perfectly located for a variety of amenities and an easy walk to the coastal path. Martin let us know that we could check in just after 12pm, which meant we could settle in and enjoy our first day without waiting. The apartment was clean, well equipped and private. Instructions were all clear and access was easy. Free parking is around the corner from the property, on a residential road. Swanage is a great town, with plenty to do for a weekend break. The location of the apartment, with its sea view are the stand out features. We had a great stay and will visit again!
