Excellent apartment, it met our expectations 100%. It had all the necessary implements and appliances. Spacious and comfortable facilities. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was wonderful. One of the best things was that it has a filtered ice water dispenser. Air conditioners that allowed the entire apartment to be cooled. We would definitely come back. Grateful to Maurizio and Enzo.

Leandro was very responsive and flexible with the check-in and check-out. The apartment is located at the best area in Ipanema, close to the lagoon, the beach, restaurants and still very residential and silent.

The apartment is better than we imagined, all very clean and organized, well-smelling sheets and towels, had everything we needed on site. Adriana responds super fast, the checkin is practical and fast. The location of the apartment is great, there are several shops and markets nearby, not to mention that it is very close to the beach, Ipanema, Leblon… we love to spend these days, we will definitely be back!

Ninna's place was absolutely amazing. Lovely view on the top floor of the building. Big room and lots of bathrooms. Her place had a balcony all around the building and was clean. Ninna is very nice and very helpful if there should be anything. Highly recommended

Sergio's apartment is a real refuge! The room and living room are very spacious and the view is simply stunning - the Lagoon with the Corcovado and the Dois Irmãos in the background is a postcard setting. The apartment is beautiful and well decorated, and the building is elegant and well located. Although I noticed a little street noise due to busy traffic, it didn't stop me from enjoying the beauty of the place. I would definitely return to this apartment!

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

We stayed at Joao's apartment during our vacation in Ipanema and the experience was excellent. The location is unbeatable, close to everything: the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and transportation. The apartment is really beautiful, just as seen in the photos. It is impeccably clean and has new and modern appliances, making it ideal for both short and long stays. The shower and bathroom are excellent, and the bed is super comfortable: we rested very well. The building is very quiet, something we value very much. We also want to highlight the presence of the doorman, always available to facilitate our entry and exit, which made us feel very safe and welcome. Joao responded promptly to all our inquiries and was very kind. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Rio. Highly recommended!

This apartment is centrally located and close to many restaurants and only a few blocks away from the beach. There is a lot of activity due to it being right next to the Metro station which adds to the lively feel of the apartment. The doorman and doorwoman of the building are super kind and helpful. We really enjoyed them. The apartment itself was very clean and Lea was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful Stay Lea.

I stayed her for a month. It's Nice place. Kitchen had everything you essentially need. I Was greeted with fruit, cookies, Chinese food which was really nice of the host! Washer and a/c is functioning. The location was safe with plenty of places to eat and grab drinks within walking distance. Flamengo beach is very close as well as the metro. On the weekends you can hear music from a nearby nightclub and they won't stop playing til 4am and another time it was until 7am. Wi-Fi was ok. Overall a nice little place stay. Thank you!

Very nice, tidy and clean place. The attention was timely and always responded quickly. It is located in a safe, with multiple restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby.

The location of the apartment is excellent, walking distance to the beach (300 meters), pharmacies less than 100 meters away and the same for the supermarket. Surrounded by bar areas but the block is quiet. The apartment is super comfortable as seen in the photos and Thiago responded quickly every time I communicated with him. I would definitely come back.
