Anita and Björn are amazing people! We were well received, showed us and explained everything the cabin. Invite us to extend to them at home for tea with pastries Anna made including strawberry jam and homemade raspberries. Get to know a little bit of local people - it's her one-of-a-kind life, that's why we love Airbnb. The latte is cute, has all the basic and necessary things. The bedrooms are upstair with quite steep stairs, at night it is a bit difficult to get down to the toilet. We got along with a family of 4 people. For 3-4 nights it is quite reasonable to stay in the cabin and compromise on the comfort of a larger, more well-equipped home (and also more expensive). Total pretty good value for the price. The Great Benefits - Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. We saw a few times right next to the house. There is also a nearby car park 3 minutes drive. There is a natural slide in the garden and the kids played for hours in the snow and slide. The sauna is just something extremely rare - a must try, unusual experiences! With sea view and warmth with trees. (Extra charge).

What a perfect place to spend some time in Tromso! Kristin Helene was very communicative from the start. We appreciated her warm welcome. We were not able to meet her in person but the personal note left on the table was such a nice touch. We liked being in Hamna a bit removed from the buzzing city center and only 30 min by bus (bus 28 stop is right down the street). Kristin's apartment is the most homey Airbnb we've ever stayed in and was so comfortable. BTW, the beds are amazing and there is more that you need. We enjoyed the last bit of the northern lights from the porch. We hope to be back one day. Thanks Kristin for sharing your sweet home with us.

A great house with everything you need in a great location. The island is fantastically beautiful and offers many possibilities. Within walking distance of a small supermarket is a nice bonus. We were happy to use it. Kariann was always available and always responded quickly and kindly. Thank you for everything! I'm sure we'll be back...

A beautiful located house with all facilities you need!

If you're looking for an elegant, modern, extra comfortable place, a few minutes from Tromso but away from the hastle and bustle of the city, this place is for you. Located in a residential area, overlooking the sea, the apartment offers great views from its windows and its terrace, disegned interior, and all the sort of kitchen appliances. The beds will assure resting nights, and the living room relaxing dinner looking at the sea. Two beautiful cats will show up sometimes looking for some cuddles! The hosts are kind and reactive. They send a lot useful information and about what to do.

Mihkkal's place is perfect for skitouring. Lot's of easily accessible mountains within 30 min drive. It has all the amenities even for a longer trip, Troms is only half an hour away. Mihkkal was very friendly and nice guy, thank you for a great holiday!

During my stay, I climbed the mountain behind the house and drove to the island's only supermarket.We had a lot of fun seeing reindeer and sheep on the road.The aurora appeared overhead at night. The kids were very happy from the moment they arrived.The room is warm and there is Wi-Fi. Kurt was very kind and helpful.Thank you!

Perfectly located home with easy access to the best Tromso. Every window has an amazing view and the rooms are very large and well-equipped. Hope can stay again.

The house is very, very nice, the snow mountain outside the window, there are many rooms, the floor heating is very sufficient, the room is very clean, and the host's communication is very good. Living here made our trip to Tromso very nice.

very warm and cosy renovated barn in a beautiful remote spot. the fire was lit for our arrival and really keeps the place warm. we had to change our plans a little as the avalanche risk was too high for ski ing and we really appreciated Tone's flexibility - thank you! Takk!

Quaint, quiet and beautiful!

Wonderful cabin with an incredible view of the fjord. Bright and comfortable, with lots of common spaces useful for our needs. It was the perfect base for our ski mountaineering week in Lyngen. Also, the gem is the outdoor hot tub where you can relax under the stars at the end of the day. Maria and Andreas have always been available and very friendly, welcoming us even in the middle of the night due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommended!

Terrific base in Tromso. It's in a quiet neighborhood, which I personally prefer much more than living in the city center. The house is quite large and very well furnished, and feels very homey and warm. Loved the open plan kitchen and living room where we could prepare meals, relax, and keep an eye out from the balcony windows for signs of an aurora borealis. Hope to have a chance to come back in the future :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Frank's beautiful house. Lots of space and a nice jacuzzi! Frank is a kind host, responded quickly if we had any questions. There is a busstop close to the house, the bus goes to Tromsø often. You can also take a taxi. To Tromsø center we paid NOK 1000 (one way)

We cannot say enough about how lovely our stay was at this beautiful property. The views, the comfortable accommodations, the sauna and jacuzzi, cozy and well supplied kitchen…Tromvik Lodge had it all! We really appreciated how responsive Tore was since we needed some guidance with it being our first time in Norway. He made everything accessible for us and we felt right at home. Despite it being cloudy during our stay, we had two spectacular nights viewing the Aurora borealis! It was a dream come true in the most perfect setting at this lodge.
