Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Rincón de Guayabitos

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

Wow... we loved everything! As soon as we met Homero during check in, we knew that we were going to have a lovely stay. He and his wife are incredibly kind and welcoming. Their home was everything we could have hoped for. The space was comfortable, clean, felt like home and has everything you could need. From sunscreen, floaties, beach chairs, bikes, charcoal - it felt like we were staying with family. The private parking with a gated yard makes you feel super secure at night although the location is already quiet and peaceful. We loved our stay so much we extended our reservation an extra day. Un Excelente Lugar para hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta. La casa enorme, cómoda, moderna y funcional. La alberca y el jacuzzi geniales. La temperatura del Jacuzzi te permite disfrutarlo desde las primeras horas del día hasta la noche. El personal del limpieza y mantenimiento excepcional. Restaurantes, plaza, lugares de distracción, aventuras y playas súper cerca. Sin lugar a dudas el mejor lugar para Hospedarse en Nuevo Vallarta.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed Casa Castillo. It's a beautiful, spacious home that is well appointed to make your stay an easy one. Our two teenagers liked having their own bedroom/bath. We cooked several meals at home, loved the pool, admired the plants, and borrowed books in the house about the area. The location is easy to manage without a car and always felt safe. Both Brandi and Paige (local host) are extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgable. During a week-long stay, we never had a bad minute in San Pancho!

Like the other reviews, I agree that it’s a beautiful place on a quiet street (more residential). It’s very close to lots of things to do and any attractions are. Quick 10-20 min uber ride or ~15-30 min walk. Oquitzin was super friendly and made me feel right at home, gave me great recommendations, and promptly answered any questions or requests I had. His home is beautifully designed, impeccable, and had everything I needed. Would love to stay again!

Cristian and Juan’s place was such a gem. It’s just far enough from town to feel peaceful and private, but still a 10-minute walk to all the action. The view of the jungle and mountains? Unreal. Perfect spot to nap or tan on the patio after the beach. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen made it easy to whip up breakfast, and their tips for food spots, beaches, and things to do were on point. You can tell they genuinely care—everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. And their dog Panda? Total sweetheart. The hill it’s on gives an extra bit of calm and privacy, but something to note if mobility is an issue! It was perfect for us and added to the views. Safe, serene, and full of good energy. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Cristian and Juan are truly lovely hosts.

Lugar muy cómodo para pasar unas vacaciones con familia o amigos 100% recomendado, sin duda volveré.

Excelente hospedaje totalmente recomendado, la alberca estaba increíble el agua no estaba fría y era muy grande con acceso fácil, el airbnb súper bonito, cómodo y completo, amamos nuestra estancia

El departamento es muy cómodo y agradable, tiene todo lo necesario, la cocina está muy buen equipada, un refrigerador de muy buen tamaño para guardar lo necesario para varios días. Ell refrigerador con una sorpresa que pone contento a cualquiera, unos refrescos y una botella de vino tinto listos para servirse. El mueble de sala muy cómodo y la televisión de un muy buen tamaño y calidad para disfrutar una película, hay Netflix. La recamara tiene una cama muy cómoda, se agradece que tiene 4 almohadas muy acolchadas, el closet de un tamaño que no se llena con lo de unas vacaciones. Aire acondicionado y ventiladores en la sala y la recamara. El baño con un lavabo donde cabe todo, solo la regadera es difícil de domar porque supongo que tienen un calentador de paso. Aún cuando el departamento está al lado de la carretera no molesta el ruido del tráfico, y hay mucho, ni para ver la televisión ni para dormir. Grácias a Laura y Lorena por sus atenciones

Great place. If you like going to the bars or being close to the fun area, this is the place. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi are EXCELLENT! There’s a bar and they come serve you at the pool. 10/10

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Excellent stay in Zona Romántica! The place is spacious, bed is comfortable, building is secure, and the staff is wonderful. The shared rooftop space was also very nice and well equipped. They offered coffee (very good!), fruit, and pastries on the rooftop every morning for free. Good music during the day. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-8 minutes walking from most of the places we ate at and also accessible to get ubers. They usually took 10-15 minutes to arrive, for morning trips we scheduled them in advance. It’s about 15 minutes without traffic to the center of puerto vallarta as well! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing stay — our first vacation as a family with our 5-month-old baby, and everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious, very bright, and by far the cleanest Airbnb we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and baking, and all furnishings and products are high-quality and thoughtfully chosen — it’s clear Ozkan created this space with love. The two pool areas are better than in many hotels, with loungers and shaded spots ideal for relaxing with a baby. The building staff kept everything spotless throughout the day. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Zona Romántica, with restaurants, bars, and shops just outside. And Ozkan is an outstanding host: warm, helpful, and always checking in to make sure we were happy. He even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. Truly one of the best stays we've ever had — thank you, Ozkan!

Third time back in PV at Kevin’s Airbnb! We brought my family with us this time and they had no issues with the second bedroom. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay - the facilities and staff were amazing as usual. Love this place!

Estuvimos juntos a mi esposa una semana y muy a gusto en el departamento de Alexander. Tuvimos un percance porque accidentalmente dejamos la puerta bloqueada y tan pronto como pudieron nos lanzaron un cerrajero y se hizo cargo de los gastos. Volveríamos a ir porque nos sentimos muy cómodos allí.

This was our second year at this fabulous condo and we're booked again for next year! The owners were very responsive & our contact in PV, Beatriz, was incredibly helpful and always at our beck & call! The unit is in immaculate condition & the kitchen has all the amenities that you might need & more! We spent a lot of time on the spacious patio watching the whales & sunsets! Only two small negatives: it's very hard to control the water in the shower as it was either way too hot or cold, (probably something the owners have no control over) & there is only Netflix on the TV. Small problems compared to all the pluses!
