Vacation rentals with a patio in Rincón de Guayabitos

Shari’s place was very comfortable. Everything was as pictured and had all the amenities needed for your stay. The garden is really lovely and very relaxing. There’s a small table on the patio for morning coffee. The beach is not far to walk where there are restaurants and shopping. There is also a la comer an uber ride away. The neighborhood was friendly as was Shari’s little dog Lola! A great place for a short or a long stay!

I've stayed before and would stay again! The home has the perfect Mexican charm with a great view that's centrally located to great restaurants and the Malecon. Eva, as always is super welcoming and makes you feel at home with helpful/local recommendations.

A fantastic place, it is very close to the beach and the pool on the seventh floor is amazing. We also liked that there was someone at the front desk 24/7. We'd be happy to come back!

The place is impeccable, with excellent taste in the design of the apartment. It has everything you need to be super comfortable, it has plenty of space to leave your things, the building is super safe, and close to the airport. I will definitely return the next time I visit Puerto Vallarta. One thousand percent recommended. Fan of this space.

Amazing host! Very responsive, great description how to get in, best restaurants, manager property very responsive, quick and nice. I was in Sayulita and if May/June and it was a bit too hot for me, so ocean and pool weren’t too much of a cooling relief, but I would definitely come back to the same condo. Close to the heart of town, but I avoided the noise from bars. I like the hill to get it for little exercise and local scenery. The place has an authentic vibe, with jungle feel, private pool, birds, iguanas- I saw a couple of them running around the pool. I enjoyed my stay here!

Wow, this place is absolutely breathtaking. Better than the pictures, want to come back. The walk to town is 10 minutes, which is not bad and we enjoyed it. But if hills and walking is not your thing Taylor will help with golf cart rental and have it waiting when you arrive. Taylor provided filtered water and beach towels. She also gave clear instructions, restaurant recommendations and timely responses. We loved our stay and would definitely come again.

Wow, just wow. Impeccably clean and tasteful. The viewpoints from this home at every turn even where you don’t expect it was such a sight. Sounds of the ocean non-stop. Ahh blissful. I appreciated how clean the place was and the fresh linens and towels (with plenty extras as needed). Loved the neighbors! Clear communication and instructions to the home. I would avoid nighttime arrival just because of the darkness and the home is out up a bit. The driveway when walking up is a bit steep, just FYI. Can’t miss the orange gate though! Safety is NOT an issue here. There is a dirt road before hitting paved road into the nearby business and town (restaurants, taxi depot, grocery etc) further down (that is walkable 10-15 mins). We did lose power for ~3 hours just as I needed to prep for a wedding I was there for which added to the anxiety I wasn’t looking for. But Sarah was in close contact once I reached out for. Of course power outages are outside of their control and app had not occur

We loved staying at Brady’s place! My fiance and I booked a last minute trip and Brady was able to accommodate us quickly. We loved the place and would 100% stay there again!

The accommodation is much better than it looks. The residence is quite large and has everything you need. I would definitely go back to this place.

Great place, great location, great host

My family spent 9 nights in Sayulita. The house was just as described on the listing. It was great for a family as the pool was fun for everyone, especially my 5 year old grandson. Even though everything was within walking distance we did rent a golf cart from Gorge, the property manager. It made it easier to get to the restaurants and stores and was fun to use. Everyone that worked on the house (Pool cleaner, housekeeper and the property manager) were very pleasant and helpful. A shout out to Yoli, the housekeeper. She did a great job. We would definitely stay at "The Hot Pink Paradise" if we ever get back to Sayulita. Last but not least, Pumpkin the neighborhood cat is very sweet.

This home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. One of our favorite parts was the backyard pool area—it truly felt like our own private oasis. We spent hours swimming, lounging, and soaking up the sunshine. It was the perfect place to unwind and create lasting memories. We loved every minute of our stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The attention to detail and comfort really made this place stand out. We will most definitely be back!

The apartment is relatively new, and comfortable. Parking is available inside the garage, but it was easier to park outside on the gravel. The location is a bit further from the center of town and the beach. It's located a few hundred feet off of the main road, on a gravel/sand driveway, but you are still only a 10 minute walk on the concrete sidewalk to the beach. I would stay here again given the value.

The location was walking distance from the Malecon and the beach. Highly recommend. Condo A was great for us since it was next to the small pool and the roof top. The only downside was that there was no elevator for guest but if you can walk up a few flight of stairs I recommend it. we had the best view from our condo.

Very nice place, cozy, nice decoration, comfortable, with a warm pool, with good air conditioning and basic needs well covered. Good security and surveillance. In a nice area and a very good location, with a 24-hour pharmacy a two-minute walk away, Plaza Caracol and a supermarket a few minutes' walk away as well. Very good hosts, they answer any questions or needs immediately. There are many places with the same price but of much lower quality and we thought this place was excellent in terms of price and quality. We would definitely return to that place.

We’ve been to Puerto Vallarta over seven times, and Tim’s place has definitely been our favorite stay so far! The home is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and unique artwork—it immediately made us feel at home. The mini-split AC and ceiling fan kept the space comfortable even on the hottest days. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even though it was just my husband and me, having two bathrooms was super convenient. We especially loved the rooftop pool—it's the perfect spot to unwind and catch a stunning sunset. The building’s gym is hands-down the best in the Romantic Zone. The location is ideal—within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants and taco stands. Tim was very responsive throughout, and he arranged for a host to greet us at both check-in and check-out, which made everything seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt completely at ease. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is nice. The 3 air conditioners work 100%, so we never felt hot in the apartment. It's clean, quiet and the pool is large.

Carlos’s place is very central and a couple blacks from the beach and restaurant. His place opens right in front of the pool as well. Great view. The street to get there is busy on sundays until 4pm due to a flea market so we had to go park around the corner or you can just find parking on the street if you’re lucky. His place had the essentials for the kitchen and bathroom. Bed was cozy, air conditioning was great and so was the water pressure. I’d be happy to stay here again

We had an amazing stay in this intimate, amenity-packed condo right in the heart of Zona Romantica. Security was top-notch, and we felt safe and relaxed the whole time. The space is open and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a wraparound patio, and plenty of privacy with full blinds. We loved all the thoughtful touches—like the Nespresso with pods, steamer, jungle shower head, washer, plush memory foam bed, and handy extras like a beach bag, towels, and umbrellas. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips. It was so convenient to have elevator access and a unique room code, giving us peace of mind. We truly felt at home and enjoyed the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The location couldn't be better, just steps from amazing restaurants and nightlife. We highly recommend this place for a stylish and comfortable Zona Romantica getaway—you won’t be disappointed!
