Wonderful stay! My husband and I loved this property. Only one block away from some really amazing restaurants and only a couple minutes away from the beach! Bill was a great host and very responsive.

My little family, myself my partner and our one year old daughter, stayed at Homero's house in San Pancho for a week for our shared birthday (mine and my daughter's). We had a great time! Homero was communicative and available, while still allowing privacy. He had great recommendations for local chefs, photographers, restaurants etc. The house was beautiful and clean. He even had a high chair we used for our daughter and beach chairs/umbrella as well as pool toys. The whole house was beautiful and felt luxurious. The air conditioning and pool were also amazing. The pool was surprisingly the highlight of our trip. It was a welcome relief to the heat, very clean and with a built in bench at just the right height for our new walker with a deeper section for the adults. We enjoyed daily family swimming and dancing parties that I will remember forever. I highly recommend San Pancho and this house for your next family vacation, especially with little ones. We will be back!

I loved everything about this stay! It was a last minute booking and I am grateful that it was available. It was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I especially like the bathroom with the open to outdoors shower, the private upper level with the most comfortable hammock and the relaxing salt water pool. I am excited to stay here again in September when I return to visit my daughter. Muchas Gracias Diana!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

We just left a week long stay at Casa Magia. This trip was everything we expected and more. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Close to town but far enough away to not be in the hustle and sounds of it. We could hear a roster crowing at different times but luckily it was far enough away to not annoy us. The wide open feel of the upper floor left us feeling like the world is just one big open place for a week. Miguel was very helpful on check in and with whatever inquiries we had. The drive up to the casa is a steep hill and golf carts are a must. A little expensive but definitely worth it. I could not imagine walking up the hill twice a day. I made ice everyday but buying one bag before you go would be a great effort saver. The beds felt very comfortable and everything was very clean. There were my husband and myself and our three kids in their twenties and everyone loved the spaciousness and luxury the home presented to us. I'd go back again.

We researched many houses in Sayulita and it was a difficult choice to narrow down. With this place we picked the right one! Excellent location and easy to walk to and from town as well as the beach. Only one small section of steeper street to manage at the top but pretty easy compared to some of the other places around town and how steep the roads are. Plenty of golf cart rentals if you need one but we never felt it was needed for us. Everything is very close by as this is a nice smaller town that is easily manageable once you spend a few days here. The house has plenty of space and the roof top patio and pool were must haves to relax and enjoy the views. If you are choosing between a few narrowed down selections you won’t be disappointed with this house. We would definitely rent again. Prices in town seemed on average about half of Puerto Vallarta and other heavy tourist Mexico spots for food and drinks. Safe town. Friendly people. Incredible food. Always felt welcomed.

The stay was amazing! It’s a very good spot to stay for convenience to the stores and the Beach is only a 4 minute walk away. The apartment is super clean and amazing. It’s was honestly a great stay

We loved staying in this adorable studio. It was clean and decorated attractively, with all amenities we could need. It’s a block from the beach but inside a gated area, so it was private. Cynthia was a wonderful, sweet host who made us feel right at home. It was hard to leave!

Everything was perfect, always attentive and responded very quickly, the place is definitely spectacular for a very pleasant stay! A plus is that they have chairs and a beach umbrella, which were very helpful! I would definitely come back and recommend it without thinking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A very nice place to relax. The reception staff gave us very detailed information about the places you can visit or what to eat if you are going to visit a beach such as Sayulita or Punta Mita, the pool climate is nice and its hours until 11:00 pm are very pleasant, the room has everything described in the ad, the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean, with extra towels for your trips to the pool, Being at the foot of the beach makes it incredible because of the view and especially because a few meters away is Plaza Manzanilla where you can go swimming for a while or sit on the shore since there are several places where they rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. As an extra tip, if you are hungry you can go to the "garden/square" of the village that is next to the place, and opposite the corner of the garden you will find some tacos at night, which are called TACOS ASHE, super delicious and very well stocked, with super friendly people serving, the barbecue ones are super

The rooftop was awesome, very easy check in and close to town. Was a little loud with a dog barking and street noise but the vibe was great and I would book it again! Thanks Oscar!

I stayed at Jamie's place with my husband and little daughter. we loved our stay, the apartment had everything we needed. it was quiet, comfy, well equipped and the pool is wonderful and clean. the spacious patio with outdoor shower is a real plus. the interior is well designed and tastefully furnished. very pleasant stay. I loved the lush plants around and the privacy they provided. I would go back there.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Great stay and cozy place

Stayed at Louis-philippe's place in PVR. The place itself was as described, looked modern, was clean, check in was easy and smooth. shout-out security who were friendly. we we're provided a parking spot, which can be hard to get into, but as long as your are careful should be easy. This location is close to some restaurants, it's very close to grocery stores. easy to navigate if you are driving or taking an Uber. it's north of the Malecón, it's a long walk (30-40 mins) so we just drove. overall a s great stay

It’s new and spacious. 2 bathrooms, 1 has a nice laundry with detergent provided. You come to the security gate and look up at the camera, there is a person inside who will come to open the door once they see you on the monitors. Uber is easy to work with, you’re at the heart of town. It’s super secure, wonderful infinity pool and sauna and gym which were unoccupied the few times we went. This is luxury.

All the previous reviews are true, there’s not much more to be said than what has been previously described. It would be a challenge to find a better view at any place in PV than this. The wait staff is precious, professional, and the concierge is 10/10. The pool, the location, the view, just breathtaking! Already planning a trip back in the fall. You should do the same, you will NOT be disappointed, rather, astonished!

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

We were together with my wife for a week and very comfortable in Alexander's apartment. We had a mishap because we accidentally left the door locked and as soon as they could they threw us a locksmith and took care of the expenses. We would go back because we felt very comfortable there.

The condominium is in perfect condition, very comfortable and safe, we enjoyed the stay very much, thank you very much and of course we would rent it again.
