I was passing through the city and this Airbnb was extremely comfortable! Condômino has a laundry room and complete leisure spaces. I felt at home, the apartment of extreme good taste and refinement. I had a small issue with check-in but support from the host and condo staff was very quick and timely. A + 10

Everton has always served us quickly and promptly from the very first contacts. The girl who received us, Iasmim, very solicitous tbm. The well located apartment, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, as in the description, two bedrooms, being a suite, well accessible covered parking and sea view. I recommend it!!

We stayed for 1 month in Vanessa's apartment, it is well equipped for long stays, we have nothing missing. We are very happy for the time we spent there. The house is very cozy and decorated and the location is great, close to a street with many shops and markets, we did everything on foot. Me, my wife, and our kittens went out with great memories! :)

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. We stayed 30 days, and I was in post-operative. The apartment had some minor problems and Rodrigo was very attentive and agile in solving everything for us and we were very comfortable. He always on standby and quickly responding to messages. The apartment does not have air-conditioning in the double room, but the other two air-conditioning connected in the apartment are enough to make the environment fresh and very pleasant. Building in good condition and cleanliness, close to the center and the best markets in the city.

Myself and my family had an excellent experience staying in Laguna in this apartment, it was wonderful, the location is great, on the side of a market. The apartment is very nice, and Junir was of incredible sympathy, gave us all the instructions and left our checkin flexible. We highly recommend and love our vacation !

The place is very easy to find, near Criciúma. We were just overnight because we had an event in the city so I do not have many considerations about the place itself as we did not go around and the house was very little used. The house was organized and matches the photos and description, although the ad implies that it has two bathrooms, it is important to point out that one of them is on the street, and in the interior of the house there is only 1, we chose the property just because it would have two bedrooms and a couple and two bathrooms and this left to be desired because no one wants to go at dawn on the street, right? The self check-in is not so “self” because in fact you need to depend on the host to open the gate that gives the house access.

The house is excellent, very safe and fenced (for our feet, it was great). The location is super convenient, close to markets, pharmacy and beach. The host is very attentive. The stay was worth a lot!

The house is wonderful, there is all the structure from kitchen items to washing machine and everything works perfectly. The outdoor space was a pleasant surprise, large lawn, barbecue, large table and even a wooden house with a slide and swing, for those who go with children is an excellent bonus . To complete the service and warmth of Juliana was perfect, since before arrival with the delivery of a PDF not only with guidance, but with many tips for entertainment, sights and utilities. When we need to talk to her, super polite and helpful. We hope to come back next season.

The house is impeccably clean, with useful household items, clean and fragrant bedding, soft towels, everything is very comfortable, we were very happy with the house, and with the very polite and kind host, we will return to the house at another time for sure!

Extremely clean and organized house... everything very fragrant... it's not hard to find and it's also not close to the beach, but for those who live in a big city 6 blocks is just there!
