Vacation rentals with beach access in Reydon

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

Return booker. Travelling for work. Perfect modern studio, right on the sea front. Very clean. Lots of nice additional touches. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at Laura’s place. It’s a great spot, close to beach and town and perfect for our young family (children aged 5 and 3). Hopefully we’ll be back again!

Absolutely great location. Property to the rear of North Parade under the lighthouse. Literally a stones through from Adnams Brewery and 1 minute walk from the beach and promenade. Jane Elizabeth is a wonderful host. Thank you

This place is amazing. The apartment is cosy, the space is big and the bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. Perfect space and quiet. It’s private as well. It’s right opposite the sea. Right next to food places. About a 20 minutes drive to Great Yarmouth and 10 minutes to Africa Alive so was a perfect spot. There was lots of street parking directly outside the place. We absolutely loved our stay and Jane responded to our queries super quick. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.

A brilliant location, near the perfect sandy beach and all local amenities in this wonderful "old world" resort. Restaurants and pubs (and a brewery) only a few minutes walk away. The access might be difficult for anyone with mobility problems - it's up two flights of steep steps, the first of which is like a fire escape. We had a brilliant time and hope to return sometime! Dunwich is a beautiful seaside village with an interesting history. Beach was good (by North Sea standards but be sure to either have feet like old boots or preferably a pair of swimming shoes. The house is perfect for a family get as ours was with grandparents, maiden aunts, youngish couple and a toddler. Everything you could need and more.

Great find! Was really impressed with this place and it was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. Had everything you could think of, even toys and games for children, as well as a complimentary basket of goodies for us when we arrived! We enjoyed the juke box the most and listened to lots of songs on there! The house fitted 7 of us comfortably and was very clean! Lee was very proactive and ensured we had a great stay - thank you!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Little Tern and we loved it just as much as the first time. Little Tern is a lovely property and perfect for us as just a ten minute walk to the beach. It is a homely property and has everything you need. It’s lovely and clean and plenty of space. Great bathrooms and great bedrooms. We can’t wait to come back again and stay.

We had a wonderful time at Emma’s place, the property was beautiful and in fact even better than the listing - the kitchen is done to a very high spec and was fantastic for our group. We thorough enjoyed our stay and it was made all the easier given the very responsive host and clear instructions, we were even lucky enough to be able to check in a little earlier than we thought which was a nice bonus. The location is very good, if you know Southwold you’ll know it can get so busy at times - the property is very close to the town centre but within minutes you’re back in the peace and quiet at the house. Ideal location for enjoying the town and even the harbour, a nice walk either way. The bathrooms have powerful hot showers which was also appreciated!

What a place! A few minutes walk from the beach and absolutely everything you could think of for our stay was provided:- from showergel, toothpaste to a welcome pack containing bread, cereal and milk. Very thoughtful host and very responsive to messages. We had a great time & will definitely stay again.

Just finished a very relaxing few days and it was everything we could have hoped for. Stunning view and so peaceful! Caravan had everything we needed. Spotless and clean. So sad to leave and am already wondering when I could next come and stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Sara.

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

Middle of everything, it’s on your doorstep.. would highly recommend right on sea front

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!

We had a lovely stay here at Great Yarmouth. The place was very new looking and clean. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. Jane had put tea and coffee and milk in the kitchen for us which was very much appreciated. I’m hoping to return in August. I can highly recommend this place. Right near the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved it. We had a free parking space too.

Lovely large flat right in town and close to all amenities. Everything provided for a comfortable stay including good mattress and lots of cooking utensils. Much care has gone into the flat- thanks ...we'll visit again and recommend !

We had a lovely stay in Southwold. So much to do and see with lovely walking and restaurants and we had everything we needed in the cosy, well equipped stylish little flat. Location on high street was very convenient and quite quiet at the back where the bedroom & balcony is...apart from a few boisterous gulls :)

I booked this Airbnb for my daughter and her girlfriend to stay at for her 28th birthday. My nervous and anxious daughter told me Paul was wonderful, very friendly and made them feel very welcome. He recommended local interests and food/drink venues The accomodation is a short walk from the beach, the bed was extremely comfortable and they loved the use of a courtyard space which seems hard to find in Great Yarmouth. It was extremely easy to communicate with Paul prior to and throughout the booking. We would highly recommend Paul's place and we will definitely return. Thank You Paul 😊
