The house is "off grid" and is now ready at 98%. All the functionality is done, there are a few beauty spots. The stairs, for example, have no handrail yet.

A swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get into Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (car) or 10 minutes (bus). From here you can explore the Stockholm archipelago with all its amazing islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you can imagine.

Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.

It is only 20 minutes to Stockholm city by bus and yet close to both the archipelago, Velamsund nature reserve, a quiet and clean beach closeby and a swim-friendly lake one minute's walk from the house. The house perfect for families with children or larger groups. There are plenty of toys, a crib, kids’ chairs and a playground with swings, a slide, a playhouse and a trampoline in the garden.
