There is space to park on the driveway and is walking distance to Dordt College the local public high school and the All Season Center with the ice rink and indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Close to Dordt University and several attractions

We are close to Dordt University within walking distance. Close to the All Seasons Center which has an indoor/outdoor pool and also the indoor hockey rink. The bike trails and local park are within walking distance(we have 2 bikes you can use). Downtown is very close with several coffee shops, a mall, and several restaurants. We live in a quiet neighborhood. We have 2 grocery stores and a Walmart if you happen to forget anything.

The Cornfield Cottage matched the description and looked exactly as pictured. I didn't realize it was on a gravel road and so close to the highway. (Highway 10 in this area is more like a county road so very quiet.) The gravel was no big deal for me but I did drive past the house in the dark as Google maps showed the house a little further away from highway 10. The house was easy to find overall and very easy to access. A wonderful afternoon escape when the temperature dipped into the 40s with a cold wind in the middle of May!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Jessica is a sweetheart! Her apartment is adorable with all the amenities I needed. The charming original wood floors and built-ins warmed the atmosphere. I wanted to stay longer. Please take notice that you will need to walk up 3 floors. Jessica's listing page lets you know in advance, so I knew about it. Good exercise!
